Excellent rooms and decent breakfast selection

Skip the restaurant for lunch and dinner, go into town instead

It was nice but not good value for money.

Limited food options and the staff wasn’t super accommodating. We had to haul our own suitcases as bellboy wasn’t available and all other staff refused to help.

Very soviet, the heat does not come on until 7:00 pm but it was 34 degrees.

Not much, they would only give me 1 water when I asked for 2. Expensive for what you get. Great view

Stay for the gorgeous view- lovely sitting areas in bar/restaurant/patio and balconies

You can hear everything through the bedroom walls. Food was so overly salty, could hardly eat the dinner. Breakfast was good.

It has a great location, and the food is really good.

The bedsheets had some dirty spots as well as the bathrobes.The breakfast is basic, even in taste

There’s nothing in rooms you can put your stuff in and towels and robes are too old and torn.. also showers need some repair, it’s nearly impossible to take a shower

dirty room, all the walls are damaged. uncomfortable in the room because there is no place for things in the shower, it is very uncomfortable to live in the room for more than one night.

Room was a bit small but still comfortable enough as a base. Breakfast could be improved

The property was well maintained and it’s in the centre and everything is in walking distance . The staff were friendly and kind . They have restaurant and bar which is nicely maintained with very friendly staff and specially meryem is the best .

The location and view from the room is excellent. The staff at the reception is friendly and welcoming. Its walking distance from the city center.

Breakfast spread is average and the attitude of the staff at the breakfast is very very rude and unwelcoming! The room had a bath tub and no not in the bathroom, in the room, that was useless and a waste of space! We were not very comfortable with the heaters in the room as they were working at max capacity and making the room warmer than it needed to be. There was not option of a fan or AC. This hotel has been renovated a few years back but still lacks basic amenities like a wardrobe, iron stand, etc. The bed sheets were torn!

Staff and in particular Sophie and the breakfast lady were very helpful and kind

We had the most comfortable 2 days of stay in this amazing place. Mariam has provided excellent suggestions on food and wine and always wished us with warm smile. Sofia helped in getting transport, otherwise would have stuck in the snowfall.
