I love the location, the views, easiness to locate as it’s right on the access road.The staff of this hotel were groomed for hospitality service delivery and they do an amazing job at that.

There’s nothing not to like about this property.It was recommended by a friend and I owe her everything ?

Location is amazing, cozy place. Close to everything within the city. And great views

Breakfast was bad and finishes really fast. No refills and very minimum choices.No AC in the room, and being August, it’s very hot. They just gave us a fan.No room service, and can’t order anything to eat.Bedsheets and Lenin were not very cleanPrice is waaay too high for what we got.

Location. Staffs. Luca was gem of person. Respectful n calm. He allowed to keep our bags in hotel even after checked out. Professional staff.

Small room with no A/C. Heater temperature was high. One of the window maintenance not done. Risk to open window.

+ Very helpful staff (especially Mr. David at reception sorted out many things for us - extra blanket, water bottles, helping us plan the visit to Juta village etc.)+ Rooms are big and with pretty views of the mountains, and well equipped + Breakfast is limited spread but authentic and with very sweet staff (the lady made an iced coffee for me though generally they serve hot only)

- I think breakfast can have more items, the spread is limited (though is nice)- would be great if they can have a small gym in the property

Clean, safe, and spacious. Well located and available parking.

The staff are surprisingly poor at their jobs, particularly in the restaurant. The hotel positions itself as higher end, but important details are missing, such as noise insulated doors and opaque curtains.

Breakfast for vegetarians is am issue but they try to help out in best possible manner.If veg breakfast is not the priority Indians can visit the place. There are nearby indian restaurants at walking distance.

The location is excellent. Rooms with front view offer a magnificent view of Gergeti Church, and Indian restaurants are also very nearby. The lady staff in the restaurant was very helpful and sweet. Good place to relax.

Our stay was truly wonderful! The room was very convenient, cozy, and comfortable — it really felt like home. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel welcome and relaxed. On the day of our departure, we were leaving too early to have breakfast, but the amazing manager, David, went above and beyond by arranging lunch boxes for us to take on the road. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, and we’re incredibly grateful for his help. This kind of care and attention to detail made our experience even more special. Highly recommend this place!

Breakfast timing was 10am -11am . Which was too late Breakfast was decent

Excellent experience. Young gentleman at the reception was extremely helpful. Restaurants are very nearby. Breakfast options were a little limited with no juice and no milk coffee. (Can't believe it). The rest was a really amazing experience.

Good view of the hotel, if you take mountain view. Parking was available. Near to many good key locations like pharmacy, supermarket, etc.

They asked me for GEL 20 to help with my luggage? this was weird, but i later came to know that its kind of a standard in Georgia in many hotels. Although this slightly affects the ranking of hotel, but still excellent rating. Also staff should be slightly more welcoming..

March end 2025, 2n 3d Positives - Very neat & well kept /Good location/ “Rooms Kazbegi” is just 5 mins away.Negatives- Very less occupancy /Unfriendly restaurant staff/ No proper breakfast/Late breakfast timings from 10am-11am/ Only Non-English speaking staff.

JUST DON'T

Beware of this hotel. Rooms (we used two) were moldy, lobby was dark and inactive, staff was very rude and basic breakfast was served only from 9 AM... Junior suite with no bedroom windows. No connection between the photos you see here and the reality. We left without using our last nignt and were not credited for it (they told us they can't refund credit card payments which is a just plain lie). Do your self a favor and book another place.

It was next to the mountains and close to attractions and good restaurants. Breakfast was good.

It was a bit warm in the rooms, although it was cool outside. An aircon would have been nice.

Only Location was good.

Pathetic cleanliness. Smelly rooms. Horrible experience to stay.

The location of the property was good.

There was nothing which could justify the property as 4 star. Zero amenities, rooms were very basic, the TVs didn’t have any channels, the phone intercom are just for show. Each time we lock the door, the access cards stoped working. Breakfast was very basic and was same every day.

The breakfast is good, and room is comfortable for family but view is not so nice which window view is old house under construction not mountain view indeed.
