- We stayed for a week, and while the location was excellent with welcoming staff and the hotel was clean, there were several issues that affected our experience. The bed and pillows were too firm, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. The biggest drawback was the noise from the street bars, which lasted until 1 AM. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and the hotel should consider upgrading the windows for better soundproofing. Breakfast was inconsistent. On days with fewer guests, the hotel did not offer a self-service buffet, instead providing a limited selection of pre-prepared dishes. In other days breakfast was acceptable but not 4 stars. Additionally, the air conditioning and shower did not function well, which further impacted our stay. There was no glass and tissue in room.
