The Adler Panzió can be found in the center of Budaörs, at the western gate to Budapest, only a few 328 feet from the exit of the M1-M7 highways. Budapest's city center is only 20 minutes by bus (5 mi) away and services run frequently all day from the nearby bus stop. Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking is available free of charge in the secure courtyard.

Cons -

  • At check-in, the receptionist informed us that dinner could be ordered until 9:00 PM. After a long day, we arrived at the hotel at 8:40 PM, hungry and ready to have dinner. It was already clear that the staff was preparing the restaurant for breakfast, so I asked if we could still order food. The waiter said yes, but it was obvious that he was not happy about it. After being seated, I received the menu, but then the waiter started complaining to his colleagues in Hungarian, saying things like, "They just came for dinner now? Where have they been until now?" Unfortunately for him, I understand Hungarian. This behavior was very disappointing, so I stood up, returned the menu, and decided to skip dinner. It was an unpleasant experience that ruined an otherwise good impression of the hotel.
