SVEO Business Hotel

It is a very nice hotel in a great location, walking distance to the train station. The breakfast room was very nice on the top floor with great views.

Some of the carpet was showing it's age but since the hotel just changed owners it is understandable.

This is a very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The breakfast is located on the 8th floor which has some great views. It’s a short walk to the train station too.

The room was showing signs of wear. The hotel had just changed brands which might be a factor.

We had a spacious family room, a nice view on the entire city from the resarurant. Breakfast was ok, but ususally turkish breakfasts are a feast

The furniture is worn out, the carpet has not been in cleaning for a long time, the toilet flush button was broken.

The staff is helpful. I lost my bag in which my family’s passports are in the bus, and the staff help me to contact the bus company to find it and I finally get it! The hotel is very near the metro.

The front desk staff Semeh is fantastic and also the person with him at security. They are very helpful and always have a smile. Went out of the way to help us as we had an incident with baggage.

Airconditioning could be better, apart from that everything was very good.

Quick Check in and check out.Breakfast was quite good. It was difficult to find cat parking nearby the hotel, but the valet parking service was available all the time.The Housekeeping staff cleaned our room daily.

The room was very dusty even with daily cleaning! the carpet was very ugly, I am wondering why they keep it like this!The air conditioning was very noisy.I have paid for a room with queen bed and single bed to fit all the guest but it was mentioned in my booking voucher standard room with queen bed and single bed, at the check-in time, I have been told that my reservation was for standard room which has only queen bed!! But they can give me a free upgrade!! If this the case why I have paid extra?? I think it’s a book.com issue not the hotel. The room description on booking.com should be more accurate.

The stuff was just great, the location is good.And the Breakfast was so nice.

Great location for catching train, excellent breakfast and associated restaurant . Spacious room with comfortable bed.

Our room needs some maintenance, it had broken toilet flush and extremely dirty Windows. Strong smell of cigarette smoke everywhere

We like how central the location is, close to the Anitkabit and a Metro station. The staff are friendly and there is a huge selection for breakfast.

Although the rooms are cleaned daily, there are visible stains on the rug and the door to the balcony is damaged and can’t be locked. Luckily I was on the 5th floor but this would have been a real security issue if the floor was lower. The AC can’t be used. I don’t know if it’s because it’s still not the peak of summer but there were days that were quite warm and being able to use the AC after a long day outside would be nice.

The hotel has a central location near central railways station and Anitkabir. Rooms are spacious and homely. There are efficient cooling systems in the rooms. The breakfast is served in the roof top restaurant with great city view. The restaurant downstairs serves good pizza.

Please note that smoking is allowed in the rooms with balcony. Because of the scent of tobacco I had to change my executive room to standard room.

The staff was great. They have upgraded my reservation from standard to large family room for free, good English speaking, smiling. A buffet for breakfast would give you a lot of choices and combinations for a good start of the day. And it was also a breakfast with a view on the city. The location is great (just across the street from the main train station and 100 m from the subway), where you are only 2 stations away from the centre.

Well, actually nothing. A shower cabin door was loose, but nothing that the janitor couldn't repair in a minute.

The property and room were clean , they cleaned the rooms daily . The hotel has its own restaurants so many delicious meals that you can order up in your room or go down to eat . It was close to some good turist destinations also the train station is close by . For a solo female i felt safe and comfortable at the hotel .. would recommend for others who visit Ankara .

bad management , desk staff have poor experience, i paid twice for this booking,first on reservation , second at desk. how this happen ?

Very convenient location, 3 minutes from the railway station, 80 lira by taxi to Anka mall, within walking distance to the funeral complex of Ataturk, etc.Breakfasts, although meager, but it is difficult to stay hungry.

Lived in this hotel 1.5 years ago, liked everything. Now the hotel has become much less attractive. There is dirt in the rooms, the walls of the room look like after a flood, the carpet is dirty, and the corridor stinks terribly of cigarettes. The staff no longer helps to lift things to the room.

Uncomfortable beds. Not friendly staff. Overcharge for extra bed. Lots of money for this average hotel.
