It was very close to the train station and the staff was very friendly and polite.

It was dirty. There were hair on the bathroom floor, under the shower, and on the bed. There were also toothpaste stains in the bathroom and the room walls were dirty, splashed with something. The TV was hung crookedly and at some point it fall. The room smelled of cigarettes, as well as the bedsheets and we were there with an infant..

Good place for stay. Staff is polite and responsive. Travelers with car will find place for parking in front of hotel.

The location was good, the room was okay and the breakfast was also included in the price and was okay.

We were not sure if the bedsheets were changed. Because when we opened the blanket to lay on the bed there was already hair under the bed covers as well as the pillowcases.

What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Special thanks to the front desk team and housekeeping — always smiling and ready to help.

The space of the rooms was a bit small, and the bathrooms didn’t have a bidet (shattaf), which was a bit inconvenient.

5th floor where we were staying had a leak on the ceiling when heavy rain…sewer smell in the bathroom was not pleasant

the location of the hotel is good - the metro station is very close. that’s all the advantages.

none of the staff speaks english, the room is old and dirty. the plumbing is all moldy, the towels are dirty, the breakfast is not tasty, and I also want to note ab breakfast that it is until 10:30 a.m., but already at 10:20 in the morning the staff comes and starts to remove all the dishes, hinting that breakfast is over. also the rooms always smell of dampness. do not recommend.

The view of the quiet street, location

The bathroom has some issues: a broken outlet for a hair dryer, a clogged drain in the shower, and the fridge couldn't be connected to the outlet due to the length of the wire.

The basic facilities eg: lift, breakfast. The room is clean and smell fresh. The best is the location where it is only a short walking distance to both the Ankara Tren Station and Metro line to Ankara bus station . Also has a nearby taxi station and convenience stores. The staffs are also wonderful and helpful. We can leave our big bags for 1 night as we travel to another town.

We stayed one night. Great location and really good breakfast. Personal was really nice and spoke English really well.

We were in a Smoking room. So be careful when you book.

The hotel is good, plenty space in the room, the room are clean, you have were to park your car if you come with it. The breakfast had a good variety of things for us!

In the room can enter cigarette smoke from the terace down stairs!

Very dirty, rooms are not as shown in the pictures.First we were given a room where shower did not work at all as well as the internet. Then we were moved to another room but internet there still did not work. Room was really dirty with a creepy balcony that they tried to hide with a wardrobe. Breakfast had only cereal, boiled egg and some sausages made from cardboard.

A bit light fluorescent in the ceiling, I used to very dark room and bit noisy also toilet is cold. But still good value staffs are nice

There was nothing that we had liked about the place. The only one thing that cannot make you feel disappointed is the location of the place, however the situation with the parking in the hotel's area is disgusting and the stuff was to do nothing about the matter

We did not like everything about the placeFirstly, it needles to say that the cleaning was awful. The blanket had lots of black color spots like no one has ever washed it before. The condition of the bathroom must be explored in details. The floor was terribly dirty and on it you could see huge packs of hair of previously arrived guests.Talking about bath accessories there were nothing but two small shampoo (which looked like an ordinary soap mixed with water). Even slippers were not included. Towels were of a bad quality from different sets - there was a name of some other hotel on one of the towels, I mean it! There was no border on the shower and the toilet was half a meter from it so while taking the shower all water had been dropping onto the toilet and floor under it (what an interesting and clever design decision) The window was disgustingly dirty without an ability to open it on a narrow modeThe fridge was broken (actually we were told that you ought to wait 30 minutes after entering the room for it to start working, however nothing has changed since the our arrival) From morning to the late evening we were out of hot water in the bathroom, furthermore the staff did not seem to be worried about that so after a few calls to the reception with a 30 minutes brake each time the situation remained the same up to the nightTaking into consideration the general condition of our room we have a strong feeling that no cleaning was made after the check out of previous guest because any thing or a part of furniture we were touching with our hands was detectably dirtyDuring the midnight for two hours someone has been moaning in terms of intimacy context and the whole floor was able to hear thatSo summing up all our experience with this hotel I highly recommend not to stay there even for a single night if you don't want to spoil your expectations about Ankara and the hospitality and respectful attitude of it's citizens

Easy reachable from Kızılay Metro station (20 minutes walking). There were markets and some restaurants in the near. Kind staff.

The curtains covered the radiator, preventing the heat from dissipating into the room. In the bathroom, there could have been a holder for the shower gel and another for towels. The towels were not freshly washed (they had a smell of ‘taken from the store shelf’).

The location was very central to Ankara. The breakfast was good enough for value for money, and the cleaning was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our budget was small, and this hotel deserved good start.

No trash bin in the room, there was only a small one in the bathroom. We couldn't open the closet door that the mini fridge was in it. We had to move our beds to be able to use the mini fridge.There was no glass, cup,spoon and knife in the room. We had to ask for it.No toothpaste in the toiletries.No room service that clean the room every day.The breakfast was included in our price but it wasn't in booking.com description I thought our room had no breakfast. One of the staff mentioned it the last day.There was a safe box and mini fridge in the room but it wasn't in the room description.The hotel facilities is free airport shuttle. But it is not free. They charge you the same price of a taxi.
