What a nice hotel. We weren't expecting it to be so nice based on the 8.8 review score on Booking.com, but it exceeded our expectations. They gave us a corner room which was huge with a nice view. Super clean, excellent bathroom, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Location. It is placed at the end of the Aşkabat St. (former 7th St.) close to many restaurants and about 10 minutes away from metro and Ankaray station

Every single thing we love because the hotel was clean, big and bed is so comfy, the balcony was so big n ther was chair n table you can sit have coffee n tea n enjoy the view from there too .The stuff of the hotel was very helpful (though they don't understand english, (the translator app works there very well). The breakfast was delicious n fresh, so much food to eat. Our 4th floor balcony room was perfect with the views, and we would love to stay there again whenever we go to ankara and highly recommend to all my friends n family. Outside of the hotel, you can see people walking around lots of food n coffee labs, cafes, and restaurants on walking distance.

The hotel was ok, but did not meet my expectations (based on the reviews).The room had a spacious shower and bathroom.The bed was reasonable comfortable.Drinking water bottles were offered.Location is in a lively area, but not too noisy.

The room key had to be reprogrammed daily, which was annoying.Staff were smoking in the entrance area.Air-conditioning was hardly adequate during the hot summer days of my stay.The curtains were not adequately blocking the neon lights of the hotel logo/name that are attached to the façade of the hotel.No fresh coffee at breakfast, only instant coffee.TV had no international channels.Bathroom was a bit run down and could be better maintained and cleaned.

There is a Gloria Jeans branch at the geound floor of the hotel. You can get discount when you show your card provided by the hotel. You have breakfast in Gloria Jeans. There are a few choices however it is ok if you eant to have a quick breakfast and go

My only problem was wifi, ı couldn’t get connected

The staff is where this hotel shines. Interactions with people that work here were the highlights of every day during my stay.Overall, the hotel is great: it's quite, my room had a cozy balcony, it was clean and comfort.Also, there is an adjacent cafe serving good coffee: if there's a bad weather you can always spend time there.

Very good location. Attractive room. Excellent bed! Really perfect! We have 2 bottles of water, it was nice. Food on breakfast was tasty. Also personal was very friendly.

I asked about quiet room and 2 blankets-we have street view(many restaurants, noisy people, car till 02 a.m.) and 1 blanket. Hot water is not hot, we need to use only hot position for shower. Instant coffee sachets on a breakfast in 4 stars hotel. Really?

The staff was exceptional from check-in to check out. The rooms were spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

There was noise from the streets below at night which wasn't ideal. Otherwise, this hotel was perfect.

The hotel is close to lots of bars and restaurants so its easy to find something to eat. The staff was friendly and parking facilities were good. The room was overall good.

Close to a big street so there's quite some traffic, during the night its was rather ok. The breakfast is nothing special, could be a bit more elaborate.We had a room that was next to the elevator shaft which made a ton of noise each time the elevator was in use. The staff did gave us another room once we mentioned it to them so it was more an early inconvenience and not a real issue.

This was a fabulous hotel and right in the center of restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms have been beautifully decorated and are very modern looking. Plugs by the bed and lots of lighting, plus natural light. The room was very quiet, even though it was in a busy area.The bed was very comfortable and there was an armchair and a big wardrobe. The aircon and wifi worked perfectly too. Nice big shower and it had a rain head shower. Good sized bathroom.Everything was spotless. The breakfast was great too. Lots of choices and lovely and fresh.Staff were really nice and friendly too. Would have liked to stay longer.

Great hotel for the price and super helpful staff

Breakfast finished at 10:30am…..though I like to sleep and hotel staff did whip me up a plate at 11am so really nothing to not like ?
