Parking was OK - but could be friendlier

Great location, right on the river, close to the town centre. I had booked a single room, but was given a very nice double room with balcony overlooking the Rhine. A little dated, but spotlessly clean. Good breakfast selection in a nice bright room with Rhine views. Bar and restaurant for evening meals, but I didn't try the restaurant.

Location is great, close to shops and bars/restaurants.

Decorated table with rose petals, candles for our anniversary.Location is great for waterfront restaurants and park and main square.Good base to explore Rhein towns and castles. Don’t miss the chairlift.

It would be hot in the summer with no air conditioning or fan. Mattresses were soft despite platform bed. No parking provided so public lots a good walking distance, 6€\24 hours

The location of this hotel on the Rhine River was great - especially for those with a balcony room. We also found the staff accommodating and the hotel was clean and the breakfast was fairly good.

Don't expect luxury. The hotel is dated and a bit run down. There was no coffee or tea facilities or a fridge in the room, which is disappointing for clients/travellers.

Decent breakfast buffet in lovely lounge overlooking the Rhine.Good sized and clean room and the staff were very friendly.This was excellent value and I would stay again

Extremely friendly staff. We arrived late but the staff was very helpful to help us with parking and still let us order something from the bar. Breakfast had a nice variety, and the other hotel guests all said "Good morning" to each other. Wonderful location on the Rhine river, fantastic for a morning or evening walk. Room had heated flooring, which was a welcome surprise in the winter. Multiple electric car chargers nearby.

Nothing; everything was great. Room could be modernized a bit with some renovation, but it functioned fine as it is.

Very convenient location - although Boppard is so compact that everywhere within Boppard is within walking distance

Reception staff were rather abrupt and seemed impatient but this may be due to the fact they were dealing with my questions in English rather than German.

Location ok for a river view.

The hotel is tired and the staff did not seem to be very friendly. The bathroom was dated and the beds were too low and uncomfortable. The food offered in the restaurant was very limited and we chose to find a restaurant in own . We will not return here.

the staff is all from eastern Europe can not speak English or German there is one German man who is the only one who knows what is going on

Our room was at the back with a view of a wall. Hotel smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

I had email confirmation from the hotel that I had reserved parking in the garage. I was quoted €10 for this.On arrival I was told there was no space in the garage, and had to use public parking.

The room overlooking the Rhine was nice, especially those with a balcony. Bed comfortable and good pressure from the shower. Breakfast is plentiful with quite a wide selection Although 2 short flights of steps to get to reception thereafter there is a lift to the rooms

It is rather faded and dated in the public areas. They do provide an evening meal but the menu was simply uninspiring. Cheaper and better food from other hotels along the front

Position for walking around town. Views of the river .Breakfast was a large variety. Lift to 3 rd floor. Downstairs bar.

All good, hot nights but out of their control.
