All was great we had a great room with a terrace overlooking the Rhein. The dinner was special in a warm room with good food wine and attentive service. Breakfast with home made cakes and jam after a quiet comfortable night

WiFi was not working

The staff went above and beyond! They not only spoke English fluently, but they even patiently translated the entire menu for me. Their genuine helpfulness made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. And speaking of enjoyable, the restaurant itself was like a 5-star dream. They boasted an extensive wine list, making it hard to choose just one!

Very nice place. Close to 2 castles. Highlight was the private terrace. Would highly recommend.

Slightly small room and very big pillow, but ok for a short stay.

The hotel is family run and the hosts are charming. The rooms are very individual and interesting. The food in the restaurant was really special and we greatly enjoyed the white wine.

Excellent location. Good sized rooms and very clean. The restaurant is amazing. Top quality food with a good selection of quality wines and spirits. Breakfast was also above the norm for this class of hotel. Everything fresh. The staff were very friendly with tips about sightseeing in the area. All in all excellent service.

When we arrived to the hotel, we were told the hotel was fully booked and there was no room for us despite our reservation via Booking.com, which was also confirmed for us. No hotel rooms were available at the whole town so we had to keep on driving and try to find a new hotel room.Do not recommend this place.

Very friendly welcome, lovely room with a great large balcony/terrace and the dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious.

Only slight downside is the vicinity of the trainline but there isn't much that can be done about that and is likely to be the same anywhere in the village.

Very good was the room equiment and the helpfulness and support from the stuff. The roominterior was very spacious.

The Restaurant was closed in the evening. The hotel is just a short walk away from other restaurants where you can take the dinner.

Food was good and the young waiter did his absolute best, he was friendly.

The owner is an absolute horror. She was unfriendly from the moment we stepped in the door and she realised we barely speak german (but we try!) We brought our very well behaved dog and this was communicated up front. She slept continously in the room while we had drinks and diner downstairs. We always get compliments about her. The next day with checkout ours was the only room the owner went to check and said it was not clean, the dog must have slept on the bed because she found hairs. This is not true but she still charged 5 euro extra, on top of the communicated €15 for extra dog cleaning. When we wanted to discuss this she changed the story that it had to do something with corona, but none of the other guests had to pay it. She almost went hysterical. Also the room was very loud because of the trains and church..we DO NOT recommend!!
