Shower in the bathroom was not properly clean with mildew stains in the bottom corners and under the armature, Towels were thin, too small and felt like they had seen a lot of use. Beds had cheap feeling foam matrasses, beds were creaking, Pillows were way too thin and provided no support, Window frames and blinds needed a good clean, We paid a premium price for 2 nights, but were disappointed. Certainly not value for money.

The staff were quite nice to us. Each of the 3 days we spent there they left us complimentary water and orange juice. The hotel is in the heart of the town, so a good choice should you travel without a car and want to explore Rügen island. Supermarkets & restaurants are quite close.Breakfast is complete & nice.

The bathroom was a little smelly, nothing unbearable but certainly some room for improvement there. Just to say something, as we were quite content with our experience.

This is an old fashioned family hotel with a nice atmosphere. The room was big. Breakfast was good, and they have a restaurant that provides hearty German fare (closed on mondays).

There is no lift, so I had to lug my heavy bag up and down the staircase. No help was offered.The address is 'Bahnhofstraße', but it is actually on the wrong end of that, a 20 minutes walk, slightly uphill. There are taxis at the station, though.

Nice comfy bed, large bathroom and a quiet room.Good location for travel with train and bus.Good breakfast and evening meal available in the restaurant.On site car parking was good.

No lift. If you had problems walking or climbing the stairs, I think this could be a problem.

Friendly personnel, very nice and large room in a central location within an easy walking distance from the train station.

Unfortunately there is noise from the cobblestone street when the windows are open.

Everything was Perfect, breakfast fresh and yummy, rooms clean and comfortable.

Hotel is in city center,has a free parking. There is a great restorant inside. Personal made us brekfast earlier after request. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We were in a new appartment in Rugenhouse. The appartment is in wonderfull old house in village Zirkow, 10 kilometers from hotel in Bergen. Bedroom upstairs is amazing. A sauna is benefit for cold days. Breakfest in the hotel was very good.

You have to travel 10 kilometers to hotel for breakfest.

Unfortunately our room faced the parking lot and it got noisy at 7am in the morning due to deliveries and garbage collection.

Very lovely place. The included breakfast is simply AMAZING, worth every penny. We got an additional room because they got mixed up, which is really nice.

Very disappointing to see the WIFI literally shut down after 10pm. Can people not work after 10pm????
