Decor, quiet location, pool, gardens. Just beautiful!

Hotel staff very responsive and helpful in booking last minute taxis for guests. Breakfast was great! Nice scenery and view. Room is pretty, breakfast was good

Watch out for monsters under the bed! was fed up with the pillows being uncomfortable. I found a blanket in a drawer under the bed, against my better judgment I used it as a pillow we woke up with bites ( not from mosquitos) on our faces and hands!

It was very quaint and felt safe. The restaurant for dinner was very good and had a very attentive staff. Pool area was gorgeous and I imagine would be lovely in the summer. They do have a shuttle bus which was helpful.

Plan for the location on the Google maps not being correct on where the actual entrance was. If you¿re arriving at night or don¿t want to walk make sure you call ahead and schedule a bus from the hotel to come pick you up from the airport.

I was question by the hotel staff to identify myself after I had previously checked out of my room and not given a reason for the identity check

What a wonderful experience! It surpassed all expectations and was one of the most memorable places that we stayed in all of Italy. The room was wonderful, the staff was excellent, and the hotel was outstanding and filled with beautful artwork.

The staff (especially at the restaurant). Overall staff are no way near a 4 star hotel level.

The decor and the grounds were so special. The front desk also took care of all of our concerns and questions!

Always love staying at Villa Olmi, the rooms are always comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are super efficient and lovely. There's a wide variety of food at the restaurant and it's always delicious. Having visited a few times now the staff are friendly and remember me and are all so nice, so it feels very much a home from home experience.

The 2 beds pushed into 1.The breakfast was not as good as the 3 star place we stayed in.Breakfast was average for the standard of property.For the price we feel an 11am or 12 midday check out would be good value.

I love to stay at Villa Olmi; it's a beautiful hotel in the most wonderful setting. It's fantastically clean, the staff are all delightful and the food is delicious. The breakfast choice is extensive and of the highest quality, the dinner menu equally delicious. My room was absolutely spotless, comfortable and stunning. As I travelled for work and have stayed here a few times now for the same reason, the chance to unwind after a long day and be treated so well was of huge importance.

Nothing I didn’t like

I love Villa Olmi and have stayed here for my work trips on several occasions now. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, clean and spacious. The complimentary toiletries are really useful and also good. The food choice at breakfast is superb, though I usually don't have this included in the room rate, so it's an additional charge. High season the rooms are understandably more expensive. I also finally was able to use the lovely swimming pool on my last visit and at the end of a long work day it was wonderful.

I would like to see a few simple dishes on the dinner menu.

The rooms were a bit cold but nothing too dramatic, would be nice to have 2 pairs of slippers in a room if traveling as a couple, we only received one. There is a service tax added to the final bill which is entirely optional, not a deal breaker but it can be a weird experience as it is not a common practice.
