Best Western Premier Park Hotel & Spa

Beautiful surrounding, and the spa is fantastic, I've never been to a bigger or hotter sauna. Awesome breakfast too.

I never understand why they charge for parking when you're a guest - it just feels so petty.

The location is lovely, the amenities are great , breakfast was delicious

Some of the sauna area was closed off There was no lactose free milk (but they offered six milk instead, so for me, that was fine).In the morning however, there was quite some noise from works on the outside.

I didn’t like that the parking costs 8,5€ per night. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere and the parking can be cheaper.Also one sauna didn’t work and we were not informed about it during a check in

Very nice hotel in a city centre, but surounded with the silent park and pedestrian zone. Located in an old building, but it was renovated and is very clean and comfortable. SPA & wellnes centre great, nice to relax and many saunas to choose. Garden in the middle of building where you can rellax is great. For sure our next stay we'll try to book again

Absolutely loved the location of the hotel. Perfectly close the B1 road and close enough to walk into town and enjoy the wonderful park. The reception staff were friendly and always helpful when asking for advice on stuff to do.

The bar staff lady was very rude and often ignored me due to speaking English. Just make sure the children are not made to feel awkward during breakfast as the hotel hosted a lot of conferences and sometimes the feeling was my daughter was a distraction.

Big wellness area with multiple saunas and a pool.

The room heating is controlled centrally, and it was too cold for me as I was in a corner room with lots of windows.

Breakfast was great- swimming pool was clean and so was the whirl pool.

staff not all very effective

The hotel staff were very accommodating for my poor German speaking skills and were very helpful. I arrived early and I could use the spa facilities until my room was ready. The spa and pool were fantastic, and the restaurant was perfect for dinner and breakfast. I felt very comfortable travelling and staying alone.

. I actually really like the hotel, the location is great and the rooms are excellent. The price is more than acceptable for the quality provided.

Breakfast was very disappointing. We went for breakfast at 8:30. The room was full but we found a table. Sadly the buffet looked very tired. The scrambled egg had definitely seen better days and the cheese and sliced meets were down to their last few pieces. During the 45 minutes we were in the breakfast area the buffet was nit refreshed. Only more very fresh and tasty bread buns were brought out. Fresh bread was available in abundance. I observed the cheese board being mauled by two elderly ladies who concluded, after inspecting each piece that they could be put back without trying. The staff were doing their best and on request I received an omelette that was acceptable, although it did take a long time to arrive. The coffee was dispensed from a machine with a wide variety of options, none of which had a lot going for them.

Excellent room, plenty of space and very functional. Great location next to the park. Most of the staff were wonderful with a few minor exceptions.

The mattress covers on the bed are dreadful. We removed them immediately. We would recommend the hotel management spend a couple of weeks sleeping on beds with these covers in order to understand the consequences of using them.

Building work had overrun and the builders were working in the reception to Annex Anna for the first 2 days of our stay.
