Pros +
- Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a quiet environment
- Beautiful hotel. We booked an overnight stay on our way to the Netherlands and visited Bad Ems
- We stayed for two nights as a couple. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Check-in via the key box was very easy.
Cons -
- The inside was literally from the 60s without any work done. Check in after 18 means your keycard with full name is left behind at the reception. The beds are literally the worst mattresses I have had in decades (we spend 150+ nights per year in hotels). Breakfast with eggs that had more oil than a gas station. Check out (during opening times of the reception) was impossible… no one around even after ringing bells and calling the hotel number.
- Location, room is dirty, sheets are not changed, staff does not speak english, they also charge tax while checking out which is not told at the beginning. does not have laundry, missing bathroom amenities
- The internet on the side where my room was did not work. The breakfast did not look appetizing. I had breakfast at Emser Therme when they opened at 9:00 am.

Great little hotel with architecture of a castle! In a beautiful location. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic breakfast! The operator was incredibly nice and gave us lots of tips. The room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully quiet. The thermal baths are very easy to reach.
Can only recommend the Parkhotel! The breakfast was a pleasure every morning, really high quality. The operator is very friendly and accommodating. The location is absolutely quiet and everything was perfectly clean. We'll be back!
Location was pretty decent, old property from old times

Quiet location, charismatic building, very comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
Very quiet and very central location! In addition, the rooms are very large!
Quiet, cozy room, very comfortable beds. I slept wonderfully.
The Parkhotel in Bad Ems is truly a little paradise. Great room, super clean, clean bathroom, and a beautiful view of the Lahn River. The breakfast buffet was particularly delicious. The owner works with great passion.
staff were professional and approachable. They greeted me kindly, answered questions clearly, and managed check-in and check-out efficiently.
For the price, this hotel was excellent. Spacious room, spotless bathroom, and friendly staff made it feel like a higher-class property. Everything was smooth and comfortable.
wide bed was supportive and comfortable, giving me restful sleep each night. Combined with the quiet atmosphere, it was easy to relax after long days.

The location was good and the elevators worked.

Nice facility, value for money, but attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness of the surroundings
Bathing soap was empty in the container and there was no information on WiFi
Perfect stay,we enjoyed our 2 days, clean, and great room, beds very comfortable, breakfast plenty to choose from, and a buffet!Thank you for the pleasant stay, would definitely go back!Kind regards
Everything was fine,thank you!
I am very disappointed. I have stayed in this hotel before and everything was well but this time I left hotel after few hours. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. One big bed with two matraces that made us falling all the time in middle. I guess it is time to search another for stay in Bad Ems bcs I don't want to have experience like this anymore.
Location : Not far from the train station and restaurant.Beautiful building and room but need renovation.
- Not good cleaning : There’s some hair on the bed. Strong smell in the room maybe from the carpet.- Security : Can’t lock the room from outside. That means if you left the luggage in the room and go outside, the room can open without key card. More over, Never met staff even working hours.
Great location ,staff are great easy parking.
Breakfast was poor ,a lot of bumping around at nigjt.
