Very convenient location. Walking distance from a train station, a super market, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping malls.

Bathroom was dirty. Previous guest's hair on bathroom floor and the carpet, mold in shower stall grouts. I could see dust piled up in the gap between the toilet tank lid and the bathroom counter surface.

Locations my machines that I bought in yokkai Ichi is just near the place so it’s convenience to me , I bought 55 tons crawler crane to one of my Suppliers near the Area

Bed was a uncomfortable but that could just be me, plus it was a little short in length. The table was a little worn. Though these are minor issues that can easily be overlooked.

Under the bed and desk has a lot dust, human died cells from previous guess , they only clean what simple eyes can see , but since I am allergic to dust I am awake with terrible nose congestion.

the bed is comfortable and spacious despite the advertisement saying it is a single size. The cleaning is excellent and the attendant was very polite and friendly, she didn't mind helping even though I didn't know much Japanese. She guided me to fill out the form and directed me to a parking lot, speaking slowly so I could understand. Her attitude was admirable.

the location is a little difficult, it is in the middle of night bars, there are many people on the street walking among moving cars, you need to pay extra attention to these people. Despite this, I didn't have any problems with these pedestrians, they are still polite.

Good location, walking distance from the Yokkaichi railway station. Very convenient as we were looking for something close to Suzuka Circuit and everything was booked up head of time. Rooms are basic but they do the job for a short stay.

English has been a bit of a challenge during initial check in; but we eventually got by and managed to get the rooms after dropping the luggage earlier on in the morning.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! It's also very close to the train station so getting to and from the Formula 1 in Suzuka wasn't too difficult for the weekend
