Very clean and comfortable room

WIFI was really bad and I couldn’t get any work done because of it

Terrible internet service- weak signal and kept dropping out

The hotel was conveniently located, clean, and the receptionist spoke sufficient command in English.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel other than that cleaning staff banged on my door in the morning, luckily i was already awake otherwise i would've been unpleasantly woken up.Same day I later found out that cleaning staff had entered my room without permission to do cleaning. I was not informed of this. I did not consent to this. I did not want this. I had all my belongings in my room, so naturally i had to double check that nothing had been stolen.Good hotel, but because of this incident i can never see myself coming back here again.

Good Japanese set breakfast with a smaller but decent westeen buffet, clean room, right next to Kumagaya Station

It was an old, hideous, dilapidated hotel.

The attendants were very nice.It was possible to choose between the western of Japanese breakfast. The breakfast was good, I liked the croissant.

The bathroom wasn't so clean.

Location is great.

The smell at the lobby and the whole hotel I couldn't stand it!!! I've complained to the receptionist but he said that is something wrong with their drain system and can't do anything about it.

Wifi connection was not very good (at least in my room).

Good location, right outside the station. Friendly staff. Newer building, very clean and up to date. It was nice that detergent was provided for the coin laundry.

No microwave available. They gave me the room right outside the elevator and so I could hear everything/everyone. I could have complained though and didn't, so that's on me.

Very basic rooms and cost.

No tea/coffee or kettle despite room description saying these things were included in the room. It looked like something out of the 1970’s but shower was powerful and good. Unable to connect to the Wi-FiFriendly staffInconsistent standards and amenities between our 2 rooms. Like an entry level Travelodge but cost reflects this - we just wish the hotel and amenities advertised had been available.

Staff was very helpful and kindly showed us a cheaper parking place than the one offered by the hotel. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Great value.

At around 5 am we were woken by the noise & vibration of a huge boiler, probably turned on in preparation for breakfast? It was not possible to go back to sleep as noise / vibration did not stop...

Twin room is enoughly big.But single room is too small even for 1 person.

Wifi doesn't work.Disconnected frequently.

Proximity to the station was good. The room was simple, modern and clean. Parking next to the hotel was reasonably priced.

Very close to the South exit of The station. Clean not too small room with good value for money.

Incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. English speaking guy at reception was such a bonus for us as we don't speak much Japanese. Great location right by all the restaurants near the station
