King Ambassador Hotel Kumagaya

The roomwas very clean ans spacious.

We need to use escalator to get the front desk.

Large room (suite)

No heating when cold at night (only aircon).

Breakfast was acceptable

They said all suite rooms are smoking and insisted that I made an incorrect booking

A very nice hotel with good cleaning services and close to many amazing restaurants. There was a 7-11 just across the road very convenient. The staff was very accommodating to any needs . Would recommend.

Staffs are good.

Rooms are not clean. rugs are dirty. and rooms are smelly.

Extremely dirty, mold in bathroom, carpet disgusting. They also had me prepay for parking but I couldn’t park the second night. No refund.

A lot of space in the suite room, which is very rare in Japan. We enjoyed the space and extended another night there.Breakfast is good.Staff are very polite & willing to help

Suggestions for improve:1) Pls show the hotel parking location, because GPS guided to other entrance2) The lights are too dark in the room

The room was really spacious with a western-style bath. The bed was comfortable and the overall decor of the room has been well-maintained. It's also only a six-minute walk from the train station.

Not a problem for me, but people walking will need to either use an overpass - difficult with suitcases - or walk further down a side street to find a crosswalk.

The size of the room was amazing for Japan - like nothing I have experienced in Japan. And the value is great!

The carpet in the hallway (9th floor) was dated and stained. But the room and the common areas were great!

Very large room and bathroom. High floor and good views of the surroundings.

Hotel felt dated, smell of smoke (ashtray inside the room) throughout the floor and room even though the room was not stated to be a smoking room. No air conditioning settings, central heating was set too warm. 2 of 3 windows couldn't be opened, and the 3rd was very hard to open. Poor lighting within the room, room was very dim even with all lights on. Many weird corners of wasted space that are too dark and cannot be used to place luggages.

Spacious room with view at a reasonable price. Very convenienly located, only 5 min from station. Grand lobby with free coffee for a break. The staff responsed promptly to our enquiry.

bed could be improve. information on booking about carpark isnt up to date: public car park at 700jpy but the hotel also have solution for 500jpy

Stayed 3 nights staff very helpful English great ..hotel close to all anyone would need eating drinking shopping station..

Breakfast was good, and the room had a lot of space. The room seemed old and was very dark. TV very old and small.

The staff was friendly and kind, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean.
