Pros +
- Appreciate it if you could change the breakfast without offering the same dishes. We stayed there for seven days. We had experienced the same dishes literary every day.
- Location is good, not too far away from the train station. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. Laundry facilities are great. Vending machines has cup of noodles and snacks, something you never see at hotels. The usual cold drinks, however.
- Convenient location just a few mins from the Kawaguchi station. All the staff are polite and helpful. The public bathroom is a little bonus, but can get busy.
Cons -
- It would be better if we had more spacious rooms. We didn't have much space to keep our stuff inside the rooms.
- Idk
- No need to deliver new towels in a plastic bag every morning. Perhaps make new towels available on request or put them in recycled paper bags instead. Felt guilty of wasting plastic bags.

Room smell smoking too much, small room
The staff are very friendly and kind. The onsen was vey nice and the breakfast was good.
The rooms were small.
Close to the train station, walking distance to some restaurants and small malls, convenience stores etc. staff were very courteous. There are 2 from the front desk that can converse in basic English which is a good thing plus a Filipino staff ☺️
The front desk was open 24hrs. The staff was courteous. The guest room was clean.
The WI-fi service was spotty. The AC did not work too well and the room was a bit warm for two of us.
good sized rooms for Tokyo and has a public bath which is nice because the bathrooms are the Japanese module type and can get squeezy if you are a big person.
nothing to dislike really - was good value for Tokyo.
