Lakeside Resort Michaela GmbH & Co.KG

Quiet location, good for a couple of days to kick back and recharge batteries.

Staff made some mistakes on our food and drink orders. Appeared to be short staffed. Service was slow.No fridge in the room.

Really amazing environment.Enjoyed a very good diner.Lovely room with all amenities.Great staff.

Nothing to comment here.

Beautiful room. Great walk around lake. Tasty food.

Beautiful place. Nice staff. Fantastic view on the lake. Great for walking

The quality of the food

Good parking, nice restaurant, nice nature around, dog friendly

Missing an airconditioning (really hot summer nights), smelling water from the toilet, busy road during the day near the window

Location by the lake - peaceful and fabulous for daily walks or jogs.

One key member of staff was markedly uncomfortable dealing with an inter-racial family (my own) as well as my sister’s black family. He was abrupt, cold, spoke in clipped tones, and on our last morning at breakfast offered every other table hot breakfast (being served directly from the kitchen) except my sister’s and ours. A shame as his colleagues were either polite (even if distant) or warm. He was a damper on our otherwise excellent stay.

The location was lovely and quiet with a lovely lake to walk around ?

Was lead to believe that breakfast was included to then be charged as an extra ?

Very beautiful place, ?

Staff, and location, the room and very clean

Good helpful staff no silly staff and friendly

Food a little too expensive and not a great menu for a child.

The restaurant is excellent and the waiters we had were extremely friendly. The hotel looks out onto a lake which is a popular spot but quiet in the mornings and evenings. A great place for a jog. We were passing through on our bikes and the hotel provides a secure shed for storing them overnight. The rooms are clean and recently renovated.Excellent spot for celebrating e.g. for a wedding reception.

You’re definitely paying - a lot - for the location. There is an air of pretentiousness about the place which is ok if that’s what your into. Breakfast was ok (chewy instead of crunchy muesli and the worst coffee). Reception staff not overly friendly. Maybe due to Corona, definitely not enough staff in the restaurant. One person at breakfast and just two waiters in the evening. We had no problem, as we ate later, but when the restaurant is busy it can take a while to be served - but it is absolutely worth the wait.

Superb

The room and breakfast are slightly over priced.

Nice place beside lake.

Beautiful location with a walking path right round the lake. There was a playground for the kids too.
