Proper is clean.The man sitting in reception is very nice and humble.

Matress is completely damaged and unsuitable to provide a good sleep.

We had a suite on the third floor. Room size was nice.

The bar / restaurant was closed for some reason. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel was very practical fo visiting the old town of Alsfeld

The hotel was pretty run down, the restuarant was closed.It was very standard no frills, there are not many hotel options here.It had parking.

The location is super convenient: near the old town. The stuff is polite & friendly, always willing to help!

My staying was too short, definitely will stay there longer!

Everything was very comfortable and clean, good bedding, fully consistent with expectations. Friendly and attentive hosts. Good Hotel location.

The breakfast bread rolls were always very dry and had been heated to freshen them a little - yesterday's bread?The sink in our room had no water release and one had to grope under the sink to find the lever to release the water.In General, all around the hotel many light bulbs needed replacing as they had blown.There was very limited staff which meant our room was not serviced, beds were not made during our three day stay. A bath towel was missing from our bathroom.So all in all not a very good hotel in my opinion and I expected more. I would have moved out had I not been persuaded to stay by my wife.Bruce Clarke

Great location, we arrived by car and walked to the city centre immediately. Is located just at the center entrance.Our room had a big balcony, which allowed us to eat breakfast there.Room was very clean and tidy.

Room furniture was old, but functional and clean.

Our room faced the parking lot and street- it was so loud. And with the window closed, it was stifling hot.

The room had a very unpleasant smell from people smoking there in the past, even though it was stated in the description that it was a non-smoking room.

Good location to visit old town. Quadruple room available.

Shower head kept falling off with water pressure, thin walls (could hear neighbor brushing teeth at 2am). TV also did not work properly and kept shutting off.

It's a comfortable hotel ...beds are good ....staff could put a smile on their faces .....felt like a bold child everyone the staff passed me

Very poor service. The cleanliness of the hotel is -1, no one changed the sheets in our rooms for the whole stay, no one cleaned the rooms. The guy at reception very unprofesional, most of the time playing video games and they when asked for a coffee, it is a problem for him.Breakfast was very poor, for 9.5 EUR per person there should be more to be offered to the customers.
