A bit far from the race site

I really loved the hotel even though I stayed for two days. If you have a car it's perfect because within 15min you are in Amsterdam and also in the hotel there is space to park your car.

I would like it if the breakfast had few more options. It wasn't bad but it was limited.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we arrived just a few minutes before the official check-in time, I kindly explained that I had a small baby who was crying and we just wanted to check in. The staff were extremely rude and showed no understanding at all. They said if we wanted to check in even a few minutes early, we would have to pay an extra 50 euros. We had no choice but to wait. When we finally got to our room, it was absolutely filthy — dust everywhere. It was so bad that my baby developed an allergic reaction from all the dust. Honestly, I don’t even know what to say — it was a very disappointing and upsetting experience.

Quiet hotel with excellent location for my trip.

Television channels didn’t always work (no signal, just black screen) Or took a long time to work. Unable to set own temperature in room. Only one of the options suggested to add more heat actually functioned. The “heater” in bathroom never got warm and there were no instructions on how to operate it. Power button was useless. Bathroom lights are automatic and there is no way to turn them off. Not great when you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Didn’t like it much - reception was pleasant and helpful enough - fine for a bad night’s sleep but I’d go to the holiday inn round the corner if you can

Hard to change the temperature of the room

The rooms are really spacious. It’s close to the highway and easy to reach.

Breakfast could have been better.

Breakfasts were nice. Beds comfy. Hotel v clean. Wifi good. Bus stop 5 mins walk away. Staff friendly.

Our room had a kitchen sink, and a fridge (which wasn't fully clean) but no means to cook anything, not even cutlery/plates etc. Disappointing as the location was also disappointing; seemingly in the middle of an industrial estate. No restaurants etc nearby. Nowhere in walking distance. Evening meal at hotel- we had one, it was ok but expensive. We planned to eat on the last night but found out v late that the restaurant was closed since no chef was available. We were told 'you could order a takeaway.'

Ibis personality. Privacy, quality and great customer service. Parking available and Terrassa for morning coffee. Nice restaurant. I recommend.

There was nothing that stood out for me

There was no intercom in the rooms so that was a very big shock for us when we got there and the only one in the hall way for all the guest in the floor was not working. There were only two staff there for the time days we spent there

The fire alarm went off at 06.07 am. There was a kitchen fire. There was no hotel staff in the building. The firetruck was in front of the building. The fire officer demanded that I would do the translation for the hotel guest in the lobby. I got all the comments (preoccupied / angry) and questions even though I cleary statet I was a guest as well. At that time for at least half an hour there was no staff to check a list of temporary residents in case of an evac. Afterwards no one of the hotel contacted me, even after I have mentioned it at the reception desk. What a poor way to treat your guests.

I really liked the hotel, the staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean. The room was clean and spacious, there was a wardrobe and a TV, clean bed linen and a towel, the bathroom had all the necessary accessories, there was also a parking lot near the hotel. In the morning we were pleased with a delicious and fresh breakfast, a very friendly chef. I recommend this place

I liked everything

I've stayed there a few times, its really close to our office, both times I've stayed there was for work.

The food menu is not the best, although for me, it was more than enough, I would think for people that like food a lot, this may be a slight issue.

Price, value for money

Confusion regarding whether the kitchen was open and having staff knock on our door questioning whether we had paid the hotel bill...
