Everything was really good

Tesla Supercharger and other charging options at the hotel parking lot. Free parking. We had a very spacious room which seemed completely new on the first floor.

Big room clean friendly staff nice location

I asked bottled water and the cleaner said no only for other suites so rude anyhow you can buy it down stairs

this is a nice hotel but you need to watch out that they don't overprice. I am a big vd valk fan and 90% of my stays are at a vd valk. Only the last year they have been going a bit crazy with their prices... sometimes over 150 euro per night!! i have a a strict budget that i will not exceed 150 euro per night and this needs to include breakfast, room, parking and WIFI.

need to watch for their pricing! vd valk is starting to overcharge for their rooms. I have been forced to move my overnights to holiday inns or other brands to stay below my 150 euro per night budget.

Everything about the hotel reflected "Quality". from stepping inside as i arrived, until checking out on the last morning, i could not fault anything. The cleanliness was superb, and the attention to detail in every area of the hotel was clear to be seen. Also, the food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was really good - even to the point i had the same meal for dinner two nights in a row because it was so good.

because I made reservations and went to the place and could not check in the place and the owner cancelled the booking

Location is ideal and hotel has ample parking and other facilities.

There was a fight 2 rooms from me between a couple. This went on for 1 hour before the police eventually removed the people. The staff tried their best to keep a calm situation. I went to bed early for Amsterdam marathon and was disturbed by this noise and fighting. I couldnt sleep after that so my whole night was spoilt. After alot of sacrifices and money spent staying at the hotel was not a pleasant experience.

Lovely rooms, very clean and in a nice town. The beds are really comfy, squeaky clean, the rooms are very large. The check-in and check-out process were very easy and both the receptionists were nice.

We liked everything.

Restaurant was lovely, we ate dinner there twice and both times the food was fantastic. The breakfast was also great - good choice of foodThe bar was a lovely area, the terrace off the bar overlooked the riverBed was comfortable, shower was good. Bath was big.

No towels available in the swim area

The breakfast was nice the room was big we received our baby bed in the room with an iron and board our bed was made every day with a quick clean the location was great not far by car to the centre. This hotel branch is always our to go to wherever it is located wish you had more hotels in Europe or UK.

Beautiful bathroom, complete range of hygiene items, cleanliness, room size, balcony. The breakfast has a good offer with good quality products

Slippers were missing and the view (location) was on the parking lot

the room was good and specious and toilet was clean. parking lot was very unusual to find.

my bed was too smelly even could not go deep in sleep because of it. the breakfast was €18/person but no variety. did not like.

Room breakfast dinner. Great reception people

rotating door opposite reception jammed up during fire alarm trapping people in it . The fire door next to it was partially hidden by a curtain.

Everything went well concerning room, breakfast & dinner, check-in and check-out. Good service from the staff.

Wellness was poor. Some services at additional cost and subject to availability in your room (bathrobes for the wellness and minibar). Breakfast was not included in the room price (additional €18.5 per person).

Lovely spacious rooms, really comfortable bed,swimming pool for residents, along with a good bar!

It was a bit out of the way,not much to do outside the hotel complex.
