Room but especially the bathrooms were not clean enough. Soundproof is horrible in the room. I could here every little things from outside and people seems to move furniture around all night.

Friendly and helpful staff. Also that there was breakfast provided

The hotel is in a central location and can be easily accessible in any time of the day. The fact the room door had a code was very convenient

The door for the backing couldn’t be shut, so we could hear all the noise, feel the heat and get the mosquitoes from outside. The air con could barely be felt and was quite noisy. The shower was too small and water had a very weak pressure. The breakfast was a terrible experience. We payed 5* prices for 1* experience. I could never get scrambled eggs in the morning, even if i arrived at 9 because apparently there was a group that ate too much and they would run out of eggs consistently every day.

It was very noisy. Other guests children were running around banging doors and shouting until 2.00am. Didn't get a proper night's sleep.

Lovely, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The hotel is aimed at young people, but as an older couple we were made to feel welcome.

We were really surprised with this hotel. Very large, stylish room, with all necessary. Bed was just perfect, we slept as princesses. And of course those “make up” light at the bathroom was just cherry on cake top-perfect for women. Very good cleaning, very friendly personal-we liked very much! In future we will stay only in this hotel-no doubts.

There were no hear drier and no fridge, I think they ate very necessary for travelers.Also in the room, on the door are hotel rules and point about “no food and drink in room” is a little bit too much…as I think

Clean rooms and separate beds, close to the beach

Lays besides quite a busy road with subsequently the nice of cars all night

good location, convenient breakfast times, variety of options at the bar. cheap prices for drinks. staff were helpful. happy with the daily housekeeping of fresh bed linen and towels.

I would prefer if the housekeeping staff would sweep the rooms every day. Our floor was always dirty.

Included breakfast, proximity to public transportation that worked perfectly per schedule, walking distance to the beaches and central location of the town, friendliness of some staff at the lobby.

Breakfast logistic was not well organized, creating a congested area; some basic needs - like hot water for tea and iron you need to go to lobby; air conditioning was ok.

The staff was very kind and friendly, the room has a lot of space , the bed very confortable. Nice location, near of everything (beach and center)

Mayby just the shower should be a litle bigger :)

Due to the central location there were alot of noise in the rooms because of the poor quality windows, however, due to the price and the great location it was ok

Breakfast, could have been better. Continental breakfast every morning is not ideal. I would have preferred to have been given a choice. Some nights were very noisy and difficult toSleep

No tea or coffee facilities in room. No fridge

Great location, WIFI was really good. Bed was comfy. Shower was powerful.

Not allowed to eat or drink in the rooms. No kettle in room. Had to pay extra for a fridge. Would have had to pay extra for a safe (but chose not to do this). Breakfast was VERY VERY basic, no hot food at all - 7 days of cheese and ham on toast every morning was not something to get excited about in the mornings.

The triple room was very clean and there was space for some clothing. The breakfast had several options and was fresh and tasty. The staff were very helpful and the cocktails, including the gin and tonic were generous and not expensive. The whole hotel was clean and tidy.

The shower head was unstable and moved unexpectedly when showering. The air conditioning was noisy as was the room itself as it faced the road.

The bed size was great, the staff were friendly both shifts.

Good place for a night or two. Big room, big bed, good breakfast. Easy check-in & -out. Close to good beaches and close to Lisbon city. Good Wifi connection.

The bathroom was little run down and not as clean as I would have liked. Walls were pretty thin, could here people talking all night, it did not disturb my sleep tho. As a young women I would not have liked to stay here on my own (not because of any particular situations, more because of a overall feeling)Sheets were soooo thin!
