Pros +
- the location is great - quiet village perfect for relaxing, lovely decor and very clean. Cleaning staff and lady on reception were helpful and friendly. It is a shame the owner is rude.
Cons -
- The owner is lacking in customer service skills. We pre-arranged late check in (a paid service)before arriving but when we arrived we were met with a rude reception. He seemed unhappy throughout and even standard communication was an inconvenience to him.
