The buildning is new. It is closed to the beach.

The toilett area is narrow. When you clean your hands/face/teeth in the bathroom, the water does not run out of the lavabo fast. It takes time until it becomes empty again. The worse thing is the noise from the ventilation, all night. It is wind noise. Breakfast is not so good.

We arrived at night after a long international journey. The reception operates 24 hours, though if you arrive during the early hours, you must complete a form in advance — thankfully, we had been informed of this beforehand. The space is designed for students, which makes it a fantastic option for younger travellers in a similar age group. It offers excellent facilities and an amazing breakfast. The view from our room was truly captivating.

Good place to stay , very professional team , they all speak English from the Reception to the housekeepers all are respectful and well educated. The Public free parking just around the hotel, Paid parking steps from the hotel if you prefer underground parking. gym and pool available but we didn’t use. Rooms are clean as expected

The location was Wonderfull highly recommend Beach Petacana and Pizzas Diavola just a couple of blocks

I prefer more opción breakfast because a don't like egg , but is ok the have options

I stayed for three days with the breakfast included, I had breakfast on the first day, but the other two mornings was no breakfast left

I appreciate a lot the coworking space, was very useful for us during our trip. We also find very good how well is communicated with a lot of bus stops around it. The ladies who worked for the cleaning service were super kind.

The breakfast was good if you eat there only once. but since we were there 10 days we could notice that it was very repetitive and lacked of fresh products and more fruits than just apples.It was a gym, which we used a lot and enjoyed but few of the machines were broken.

I really enjoyed the stay, great location， convenient to go anywhere, frequent bus nearby, close to the beach

Breakfast is the same everyday. But it has all the things needed for , hot drinks

We very much appreciated having a laundry in the building. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location,there are buses that go to different parts of the city, large rooms with a fridge, great view, clean, with helpful staff.

I didn't like that the breakfast was the same every day. In 4 days only the croissants changed, two days they were croissants with cream and two with jam.

Well, the best was having close by the see from hotel :)

It would be good to have some coups, teas and kettle in room. Some days it was cold outside so we stayed in room, but we couldn't drink anything hot.

More of a hostel hotel, suspect lots of students and budget travellers. Room smelt of tobacco.. shower didn’t have very good regulation ran hot and cold..breakfast area had a leak from the ceiling.

Nice and big hotel, delicious breakfast, wide range of services, the rooms were cleaned every single day, location near bus stop that takes you to the city centre.

Changing the breakfast offer more often.

Overall good facilities - no complaints !

Perfect location, near the beach. There were stores and bus stops nearby so location was good for us. It was nice that we could have breakfast everyday, wasn’t as bad as some people say. The facility overall was great and it was clean.

Unfortunately we have seen the comments about the smell in bathroom. We thought it won’t be that bad but unfortunately it was bad. The smell of sewage was unbelievable strong and we had to buy air freshener because of it the stay wasn’t as pleasant as we have imagined it to be.

This accomodation was geared for students but also catered well for tourists, the bus service from this location was exceptional, we mainly used the ,31 and 19 buses only 2 euros per trip and this enabled us to travel to places like the central market and train station ( North station). The food was basic but good

Seems like a place a for students. Clean and simple rooms. Fair breakfasts.

Very far from the city. Pillows are very very small. The room was extremely hot during day with the sun hitting the windows (December). Light enters through the curtains’ side during nite.

Location - very close to the beach but 40 minutes by bus to the center. The bus stop is near the hotel and the bus runs very frequently. Ticket price 2 euros.Staff - they were very friendly.Cleanliness - the room and bathroom were clean.Room facilities - everything was ok. The only thing missing was a kettle. (but I got one at the reception)Breakfast - it was ok, student-friendly.Atmosphere - I went back to my student days because the hotel is part of a student dormitory. Meetings with students were very nice.Hotel facilities - there is billiards, table football, gym.Beach - located 5 minutes from a large beach.Shop - there is a large shop 5 minutes away.Internet - the connection was excellent in the hotel.Peace - the room was peaceful and quiet.

Kettle - I had to take it from the reception and return it.Panoramic balcony on the 9th floor - in three days it was never open.Breakfast - could have a longer duration.Email - I've received too many emails from Booking and the hotel. Every day, an email arrives.They asked me to scan my passport for online booking, I don't like that and I didn't do it. All of that can be done at the reception.
