Location was convenient, parking was easy, lobby was aesthetically nice, elevators work well, room was relatively clean.

Staff were very rude upon checking to learn that we hadn't included our children in our reservation. When I asked "what is the problem?" their only response was repeatedly "what do you mean what is the problem?"

I liked everything, it was always super clean, staff was so nice esp to me since am a foreigner.. The gym spa everything up to par... Looking forward to come back soon

Jus the variety of food for breakfast... I think they could do more

The gym is very well equipped for a hotel, and the service provided in this area was satisfactory.

There is a lack of clear and standardized information regarding hotel services and schedules. The guidance provided varied depending on the staff member, particularly concerning room cleaning times and the operating hours of the gym’s cafeteria for meals. With a few exceptions, the staff appeared to be overloaded, which affected the friendliness and proactiveness of the service.The hotel does not offer free common areas for guests, such as a bar or lounge, nor a leisure-oriented swimming pool. Relaxation facilities are only available at an additional cost (spa). The gym pool could be an alternative; however, it is shared with external swimming classes, which reduces the level of privacy and comfort expected.Room cleaning was adequate; however, it was carried out at variable times in the afternoon, even though the room was free in the morning, making it difficult to plan afternoon rest.

Had a very interesting eastern block or late seventies feel. Furniture and decor was comfortable but bit bare.

Hotel located in Alboraya, closed to our daughter apartment. It is always a pleasure to stay in the hotel and enjoy the pool and Spa. Staff is friendly as always.

There is great choice for the buffet but food can be cold

The bicycle facilities are excellent. We were able to assemble our bikes after our flight and store our boxes until our return a few days later. The location of the hotel is not central but the public transport links into the city are excellent and we used both the Metro and bus which were very convenient.

The room cleaning was good, and the breakfast was tasty (although a bit repetitive).

The hotel doesn’t meet the standards of even a 2-star rating — there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room, let alone tea or coffee. There was also no minibar. But the worst part was the complete lack of access to an iron. There wasn’t one in the room, nor was there one available on the floor or upon request. The only option was to order ironing as a separate paid service, and you had to wait for it.There was also a shampoo (which doubled as body wash) in the bathroom, but it was of very low quality, and there was no hair conditioner provided.

Stole my leather overnight bag

Due to medical emergency, I missed my checkout. They gave me a plastic bag with my clothes and my suitcase was missing. It was stolen.

Evening meald and the restaurant was very well prepared and offered an excellent verity of meals which was good value for money

However, we encountered some issues with the breakfast service. The meals that were supposed to be served hot were often cold or at best warm. As we had not pre-booked breakfast, we only tried it once and opted to eat at local cafés for the remainder of our stay.

Price was reasonable. Overall appearance of hotel was exceptional. I didn’t use all facilities so couldn’t comment. Easy access via taxi. Front facing rooms with view over looking local area. Can see cruise ships and local farming fields. Loved that the window opened fully to take in the view and climate.

Unfortunately I ordered a double bed but got to singles. It’s just not the same with a gap in the middle of the bed.Aircon leaking on floor. Floor boards lifting and damaged. A smell of stagnant water. Bathroom requires an extractor fan. Room a little sad and tired. Needs a face lift.

My stay at this 4-star hotel was extremely disappointing. My mum arrived earlier in the afternoon and was made to wait for two hours by unfriendly staff who were rude to her throughout. She asked them to notify her when we arrived since her phone wasn’t working, but they failed to do so. Upon our arrival, we were given two twin rooms instead of the double bedrooms we had booked, which was frustrating since we were traveling as couples. To make matters worse, the sheets in our rooms were dirty.When we went to reception to request a room change, they told us they were fully booked and that we'd have to wait until the next day. It wasn’t until 4 pm the following day that a room became available, but by then we had already been kicked out of our original room and told to share with my sister—a huge inconvenience as we were all trying to get ready for a wedding. The unhelpful attitude of the staff made us feel unwelcome, which was shocking for a hotel with a supposed 4-star rating.On top of that, the bathrooms were dirty, with hair in the bathtub, no toiletries provided, and to our surprise, no irons available, making it impossible to prepare our clothes properly. And there was views of horrible buildings. Overall, the service was far below what we expected, and we would not recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel staff is very kind and professional, the hotel was very nice and clean.There is the Spa (to be booked and paid separately but well worth it and price is competitive) very clean and ideal for my stay - I would recommend.There is a bar onsite, that can be used for breakfast if not included in the reservationThe hotel is just close by the metro station, line 3 is going straight to the airport

It is not easy to reach the beach walking as you have to go through fields and a bit isolated area but if you drive or have a bike it would be quite close (5-10 mins).

The rooms are modern and well equipped. Everything was clean and well maintained. There is a metro station about 200 yards away and an Aldi at the end of the street

There is some noise from the street below, but overall was quiet. Didn’t use the facilities as the swimming pool is open to the public and guests can only use it at certain times, or otherwise they would have to pay
