Central location
Mistakenly booked a smoking room and the smell was overwhelming so bad opened the windows air-conditioning on full blast still smelt bad. In fairness the staff were concerned upon our arrival but there were no free rooms.
The room was nice with some space, a lil table and an armchair. It was clean and practical.
The air con was quite loud. Same goes for the toilet seat, everytime you sit on it it flushes(?) automatically which is not very discreet at night.
Very friendly staff.Good breakfast buffet.I really liked the music that they play in the lobby.
There's something wrong with the location address given on Booking.com for this hotel. My car sat-nav has been taking me to every other hotel I've stayed on, on this trip. But here is sent me to a location that, it turned out, was a mile away. I tried in a restaurant and a garage to see if they knew the 'Smile' - they didn't. Another hotel, fortunately, did, but it was 45 minutes of increasingly stressed frustration.
Room was big enough and washroom was clean.
Smoke smell was coming from room, it was difficult to stay with family.Floor carpet was having stains marks.
Booked the hotel 10 mins before checking in. It was late at night and the check in process was quick.
limited electric sockets. the sockets in the room where somewhat loose.
i like the design of having a set of table inside.the closet is large enough
location is quite far from station.it's not quiet room with air-conditioner, humidifier and something makes noise outside
Beds were comfortable
Water pressure and couldn’t control the room temperature
The staff were great! Very friendly and helpful!
The hotel is pretty old feeling, and the location is quite far from the main train station.
No breakfast
Free parking
Fantastic value for money.
Only thing was that the toilet seat wasn’t heated. Anywhere else in the world this wouldn’t be an issue.
Breakfast buffet was good, plenty of variety and enjoyable.
The Breakfast was superb!
The air conditioner’s filter was obviously filthy and moldy…
