The staff is very friendly, though the late night staff does not speak much English. Suggest translator apps to make sure your needs are met. Helps to speak Japanese, honestly, but even for me, my app came in handy a couple of times.Rooms are larger than most; if you can get one, any floor above 5, facing the train station, is the way to go. Daisen dominates through large windows. My room was perfectly situated so I've booked it again for later this year.The location can't be beat, either, directly across from the train station, with all sorts of restaurants and activities nearby. The lobby has tourism brochures for all sorts of day trips. The top-floor restaurant has good breakfast options (Japanese or Western style, quite filling), very nice dinners. Though pricey, hotel guests receive a discount.

The rooms are dated but it's very clean. There really wasn't anything to dislike about the property.

The location is right in front of the train station and the single room was adequate as a solo traveler. The interior is not new but it was clean, comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

Room was very small, bed and pillows were hard. Heat was only option, no A/C, had to open a window to cool off then the smoke fumes from the bar across the street filled the room.

Breakfast (which costed 1450 yen) was just ok.

1) Location is excellent because it is opposite JR station. 2) Provided green and complimentary toiletries in the lobby. The quality is good. 3) Cleaning service is good, and staff is helpful. 4) There is an AEON supermarket nearby which is a bonus.

1) Nearby security is not so good, there were drunken people walking around at night (10pm). 2) Could not borrow a knife for cutting fruits, and there is no cutting service.

Had tea packs in the room, so it was very convenient to make tea. Stay was great. comfortable bed and very decent sleep.

if there is a hook at the back of bathroom door it would be more convenient

The hotel is very well located. The bedroom was clean. The cleaning ladies were very polite. The check out clerk was very friendly. The wifi connection is very good.

The bed and the pillows are not very comfortable. Although the bedroom was clean, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was dirty. The air conditioner wasn’t working. Few amenities were available. The clerk in the check-in wasn’t as kind and friendly as they usually are in Japan.

It was literally opposite the little station and bus station. The beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom OK.

Good location, close to the Yonago train station so has great accessibility. Check-in easy and paid for the breakfast option too. Was a simple breakfast but had an Japanese or Western option and self-serve coffee. Was nice and convenient. Room was typical for an business hotel but everything was clean and tidy. The outside of the hotel definitely looks more fancy than the rooms inside it. Staff were friendly though, and again location is probably the best thing since its so close to the station.

A little difficult to explain, but there was no wall air conditioner with a remote. Instead there was an knob that controlled the air conditioning vent, but when I turned it on it was just heat. I couldn't find an setting for cool air, maybe need to call the front desk to help with that. So the room was pretty hot at night and bed was a bit short for me. Its the tail end of winter going into spring, so that's why I think they just had the heat setting turned on.

Arriving in the evening after a long travel day, it was such a relief that Yonago Washington Hotel was DIRECTLY across from the Yonago train station. Convenient location

I would say I didn’t like the bed pillows and there was no place to gather as a family in the evenings. we had five of us and we would have enjoyed an area to play a game of cards or relax together (not able to in our rooms)

Location of this hotel was recommended by the company I was working with and it was in a very convenient location with respect to work, restaurants, bars, museums, etc.

Like a lot of hotels in Japan, the room is pretty small but I really had no problem with it. I'm a small guy but some bigger dudes might not like it.
