Yonago Universal Hotel

The breakfast was extremely good with a selection of local Japanese breakfast or Western. The rice is from the local and it taste so good and fresh.

Nothing in particular. All good.

Convenience, location, value for a quick overnight between train and ferry transportation. Liked having dinner and breakfast provided. Staff was quite helpful, and used GoogleTranslate to help communicate.

very cheap considering you get breakfast and dinner

the hot water take too long to prepare.water debit is so small

Convenient and efficient hotel. Everything was correct and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice and abundant.

It is an old showa hotel so it might look dated and kitsch but I find these places quite charming. Nothing bad to say. Maybe the bed's mattress wasn't the newest and most comfortable but given the price and proximity to the station, the stay was wonderful with 2 windows on a high floor, giving the room a nice view.

My booking provided breakfast and dinner. It helps for the not much restaurants around.

The parking lot was full mostly. And the front desk placed at the bottom floor, it maybe not convience for the tourists with heavy luggages.

Great location, 7 minutes from train station

The lobby entrance is at lower floor & can only access by staircase.

biggest room and shower tube bath is so large for great value paid including 2 meal dinner and breakfast w0w

Staff are friendly and nice. Free breakfast and dinner are attractive and food are fresh.

Difficult to adjust hot and cold water.

smoking room

wifi room not comfort

It was good value as dinner and breakfast included. Location good

I went less than 1 hour before check in with a small backpack to ask them to store the bag until I could check in, the woman on reception ignored me for as long as she could until I had to go up to her and put myself in her line of vision. I asked if I could leave my bag and she said ‘locker full’. There was no ‘hello’ ‘welcome’ apology or any sense of polite hospitality. I would describe her attitude as hostile. When I returned to check in staff were polite and helpful. Dining room staff polite and helpful. But my first impression of this hotel was very bad and I would not recommend staying here if you can a room elsewhere

Breakfast and dinner provided. Nice staff.

The room is a bit old. The top floor where the laundromats are is a little dirty

The air conditioner works exceptionally well.

Small bugs were in my room. I think it could be a small cockroach. The bed sheet was a little sticky.

Honesty I don’t have anything good to say

They charged us double to rate and would not let us get a single bed twice the advertised price for a low quality hotel. The room smelled and was dusty

Near the station

Car park need to pay, the Onsen is closed

Near from the train station, near from castle ruine. Staffs are friendly, service with good breakfast and Dinner. I have good impression.

Good location with reasonable price. The room is comfortable and clean. Nice staff. Delicious dinner and breakfast.

It’s quite difficult to bring the huge luggage into the hotel.

location was good.
