Pros +
- I liked the friendliness of the management and staff, the furniture and the overall style of the premises, a very convenient kitchen, all equipped. A comfortable lounge/TV room, proximity to the city centre and to the seashore, nice view on the ocean
- It's located in the town center of Augusta so it's really eazy to get around. The shared kitchen facilities is unbelievable, equipped with everything I would say, from stoves, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kitchen utensils,... and all of that are relatively new and clean.
- For a shared accommodation it is very high quality The amazing robes, the fully equipped kitchen with any thing you may need. We cooked amazing dinner there every night of our stay. The facilities are really beautiful and felt pampering. It was a great home base for our travel in the margaret river area.
Cons -
- Bedrooms a bit chilly in winter. Bath towels not provided.
- The room is quite tight, can't do much activities inside. Our room was upstair and the shard facilities was downstair so it's not really ideal, especially to take a shower at night.
- Nothing, highly recommend this place. A great price for a great product.

Good single beds
Room had no bathroom or toilet. Both were outside. The advertising and information did not identify thrust arrangements. Very unusual. Had I known I would not have booked a room
Do not stay unless you want to share a bathroom with other guests, For us, we did not, therefore we did not stay.
We were booked for 3 nights. We did not know this was previously a backpackers stay. It was refurbished nicely, however the toilets and showers were shared. That wasn’t in the description. We were unsatisfied with that info. We found another motel right next door that was wonderful. We did not stay at all, but we only received two nights refunded not three. Not happy about that.
The room was lovely and clean and quiet. The bed was very comfy and nice fluffy pillows. The Bath robes supplied for the shower were lovely.
The TV worked fine when we got there and then when we got back after our meal, it didn't want to work & I had to rest it. Unusual that it doesn't have regular TV channels.
Clean room, Clean shower/toilets, comfy bed.location .
Having to share shower and toilet. not enough off street parking.no heating and cooling in room.was unable to watch tv as we don't have an iphone.
Extremely cleanThe guy returned my call when I was running late.Convenient
Noisy fridge (which we unplugged)Could hear through the walls (very disturbing)Asked for a twin & got 1 bed (we were friends)Ladies too far away (I didn’t realise I’d booked a shared bathroom…would have been nice to have it closer to our room for the night trips to the loo)We left before breakfast service - shame we couldn’t access an early serve 7.30am is so late for us C2C runners.
The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and the location was lovely!
Wonderful location right in the heart of town. Cosy updated rooms with comfy beds and lovely linens. Excellent continental breakfast included!
Shared bathrooms were well kept but still not everyone’s cup of tea!
Location,clean and comfortable
Just location
No aircon.no fanToilets and showers no in the rooms.apparently.tiny writing explained that.not only.my.observation.other travellers were shocked aswellAnd we booked it 8 months in advance.also poor breakfast choice
We normally don’t like a shared bathroom but it was so clean and well kept it was easy to deal with. Breakfast was great and staff were even better.
My Husband and I liked that it was walking distance to the town but did use the local taxi driver and Lucy was lovely she gave us a lift a lift a couple of time's. We took the coach from perth and that is walking distance to Baywatch Retreat. I highly recommend this we had a great few days.
Loved our stay in this renovated accommodation. Very clean, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and relaxing lunch area. The showers are very nice and clean. The view from the shared balcony is amazing too!
Nothing :)
Awesome breakfast was a great location was just perfect
Rooms kitchen and dining area was relaxing the hole accommodation was very enjoyable
We had an upstairs front room with a view of both the river and the sea. We enjoyed watching the weather from the comfort of our room, and from the balcony when sunny. In one day the weather varied from sunny to downpour. The room was attractively furnished and pleasant to hang in. There was a comfortable common lounge area.Continental breakfast came with fruit and fancy pastries.
Having a sliding screen on the cupboard was annoying to get to things. It would have been better taken off.Our room fridge didn't have a freezer so we couldn't refresh our freezer blocks for travel. However, the owners kindly allowed us use of their kitchen freezer and microwave. No low carb/ protein breakfast option - they are waiting for licenses.
Very clean, breakfast included. Very friendly & welcoming.
Shared bathroom & toilets but this was OK as they are spotlessly clean and there are lovely soft towelling robes provided in the rooms.
Check-in: Fast. Got a room on the second floor.Laundry: There is 2 washing machines and one dryer available for use at no additional charge. There is a common kitchen for guests to use for their cooking. This is good for those who wants to cook their own meals.
Room: The sliding door is loose and the strong wind keeps banging the door and made a lot of noise. The room is beside a common toilet. This hotel has a lot of rooms with no ensuite toilets, and there are common toilets. And can literally hear the conversations from mobile phones, videos playing from mobile phone throughout the whole night. Zero insulation for noise.Room is facing the road, can literally hear all the trucks passing by the whole night, can't sleep at all.Cleanliness: Average. There are smelly leftover jeans in the wardrobe.Toilet in room: There is almost zero water pressure for the shower, it is like slow dripping when showering.
The location
t was supposed to be ved and breakfast but because we were the only ones there it was considered it fit only to offer cereal. I didnt consider it value for money
