Clean, comfortable across road from cafe and takeaways

had 83 year old staying with me an she loved were her car was parked easy access to room, shop handy across the road central to main shops nice location have stayed here before, thanks for the BBQ much appreciated, well be back again

Clean, comfortable and the swing, slide and trampoline were a bonus for my mokopuna. Nice

Maybe another couch or arm chair in the lounge. There was enough space. otherwise ticks all the boxes

The motel was immaculately clean and everything was provided. Although it's on a main road it was very quiet.The host was charming and helpful.

Room was spacious and convenient location

Not clean the shower looked like it had not been cleaned for some time we actually went and purchased cleaning supplies and did it ourselves before we used it. The microwave was falling apart minor and it worked.

The lady on the desk was very friendly and welcoming. The unit was very comfortable. We stayed here twice it was the best we found on our trip. Nice shower and also a jacuzzi bath. Lots of added extras.

Spacious clean units with friendly owners

Great location. Very quite. Owners are great to deal with. We were very late and travelled with an extra person not originally included in the booking. They were great, no problems.

The Peace and quiet, especially being close to the main road, friendly service friendly hosts, all tenants are very respectful of each other's space, the food outlets are all within walking distance. That's Cool.

There is nothing I did not like about Eastland Pacific Lodge, one thing that could be of use I wouldn't say better, only my thought for me as a tenant who dont eat take aways much but would rather buy groceries, is a full stove maybe where i could bake my own, roast my own, i can't afford the luxuries of dinning out all the time but prefer to cook my own meals rather then buy from fast food outlets full stop. Thank goodness this is only what i think you may not have to provide a stove as use may not have to being a Lodge, I also do not know the difference between Hotels, Motels, lodges, and what Services each Group provides. But I must make a honest statement as well " there is nothing wrong with the stove top cooking and cooking appliances cutlery, crockery and glassware that were made readily available for our use.

The owners were super friendly and helpful.The room was nice and comfy. Nice medium sized bath tub in the bathroom and aircon in the bedroom.It has sky tv so we could watch the womens cricket. It was very close to the intercity bus which is very convenient. And its also close to a Four Square, a cafe and an Asian takeaway place

Great ! So much better than I expected. Clean, comfortable and good size room. Owners are a hoot, great people.

Would have liked blackout curtains in the room to block out the outside lights and maybe a blind at the kitchen window for privacy.

Good location, easy to find. Friendliest staff you could ever meet. Water pressure in shower, excellent. Comfortable beds. Selection of hot drinks included hot chocolate which was great as we dont drink tea or coffee for religious reasons. Also the ginger nut cookies were a nice treat to go with. Relaxing stay for decent enough price.

Used the iron and ironing board. On highest setting the iron board was still low for me and little wobbly. One dining chair was also wobbly. On inspection 2 screws were missing. Alerted staff when I handed in keys.

We arrived 4 hours early, tired & hungry, host rearranged, changed our room so we could have a clean one, fussed over us, sorted quickly, no probs?

We'd stayed here a couple of times before, so knew what to expect - very convenient location and quiet. Our hosts were great, very helpful with our various bicycle related issues including having secure storage where we could charge the bikes.
