- The staff was very nice
- The foods were delicious. Great staff the area was not too bad
- Due to the safety of the country, I was nervous to be in public. I explained to the staff that I didn't feel safe and wanted to know if they would allow me to check in early, they were able to accommodate me. Hotel employee was very helpful
Cons -
- The accommodations I shouldn't of had to pay for such as a salsa dance on Saturday evening. I'm a guest at the hotel it should of been free. There's nowhere to go especially now with covid out and the kidnappings that's been going on
- The TV in my room wasn't work properly. It' s like a black and white TV they need to fix or change the cable company that they have. The bathroom door can't closed. Other than that everything was great.
- It would be nice if they had options to accommodate special occasions such as anniversaries and birthdays by providing flowers, cards etc.

The staff was very nice

The foods were delicious. Great staff the area was not too bad

Room services in the hotel ask additional fees to bring food to the room. What is this idea to charge client for exchange services.
