The view was amazing. The staff was excellent. Facilities clean Ricardo was great as wellView from room balcony was amazing

Nice view. We stayed here because it had a nostalgic value to us.

Staff. There was one staff at the restaurant who was very rude.A cleaner forgot to clean our room. When I went down to the reception to tell them that, there was no one around and the guy from the restaurant took the message and simply disappeared. After waiting for more than 15min, I asked him what the plan was, and he said the receptionist is busy. I asked him if he could maybe call the receptionist to let him know that I’ve been waiting for a long time. The waiter just gave me a big sigh and disappeared not doing anything!It’s not a 5 start hotel, so I can understand that the room being old and not super comfy, but there is no excuse for staff being rude especially when the mistake was on their side.I wasn’t even trying to complain. I went down to ask if they can at least empty the bins and replenish toilet rolls.In the end, receptionist showed up after 30min wait and he was pleasant and apologetic, but the attitude of the waiter ruined the experience for us.

Great location above the town of Zug with a beautiful view of the lake. Nice gardens. Quiet surroundings.

On a hot day, there is no air conditioning nor even a fan provided in the room. An in -room tea and coffee making facility would be appreciated.

A mediocre hotel with nothing special. breakfast seems very expensive. the rooms is small but quiet.

We had a very good time gathering with people from all over the world to celebrate the wonderful life of our very dear friend Martin Kamer.

One of our group had a fall in the car park… a First Aid kit would have been very helpful. Thankfully on this occasion her friends could all help her.

Location for views was excellent. We very much liked the terrace where we took our very good evening meal which was well served by only 2 staff.

Great location with spectacular view. The rooms and furniture are a bit dated, but do the job.
