Checking in can be a bit tricky if you have a car, but there is a 30 minute loading spot behind the hotel.

The breakfast had great fresh squeeze orange juice, but seemed to be catering to tourists looking for a buffet style English breakfast

Fabulous location, with the marina in front and the castle behind. Great staff, lovely facility, large, comfortable room, nice breakfast buffet. I will stay here again.

This hotel is located on the waterfront and very close to the beach, harbour and a range of restaurants. Our room overlooked the boats and was lovely and spacious. It had good air conditioning and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also offers parking nearby. Breakfast is offered, although we didn't eat in the hotel.

The welcome we got at receptions was luke warm. We weren't acknowledged straight away and the receptionist continued to do whatever she was doing on her computer before saying hello and telling us that we were half an hour early for check in but she would see if our room was ready. Not the best welcome.Guests should be aware that as Denia is a beach town, that people are out and about late at night so rooms facing the streets are going to be prone to be a bit more noisy.The water pressure in the shower isn't particularly good.

Could hear when other guest flushed their toilet. Thought it was my husband not another guest!!

Nothing, it’s little old

Person at the desk was extremely nice and helpful. breakfast was great. Lady in breakfast room worked hard and was pleasant and very helpful. Art and pictures were a real plus.

Need a better beer bottle opener.

Comfortable good sized room. Friendly attentive and helpful staff, good location by the harbour!

Spotlessly clean with comfortable bed and good shower. Friendly staff and great position near the ferry port and the marina with numerous restaurants and shops nearby.

Because of its position it was quite noisy until late at night. Pillow was a little hard.

Would have been nice to have a few more facilities available to everyone in the hotel like a pool, jacuzzi or sauna - rather than the gym which I didn’t see anyone use. Breakfast area could also have been a little more traditional, cosy and relaxed.

Location very central. Nice room. Little bit noisy due to traffic but ok with windows closed. Very clean and friendly.

A bit noisy from traffic as it is situated on a road. Balcony tiny - only room for two chairs squashed together! Breakfast items that should have been hot were often cold.

Beautiful room with double aspect balcony in a fantastic location....this is our 3rd visit and have booked again for our family

- Central location with harbour views.- The décor in the communal areas was very characterful.- Very clean throughout.- Parking was free when we stayed (low season).

- Road noise was horrific - you couldn’t have the balcony door open and you could still hear it even when closed.- Our room was located on the first floor close to the main stairwell and we could often hear loud voices from the reception area.

Showers, lacked power and occasionally cut out, and bathroom taps had no cold water.A small bar would be nice !
