Beautiful little apartment next to the shore. Very comfortable, and has a nice pool for those who prefer it to swimming in the ocean. There’s also a restaurant on premises.

The steps for the loft (bedroom) are quite steep. Could be a problem for some people.

A lot to like about this hotel. Excellent food. Staff very friendly. Coves nearby for snorkeling. Helped me get taxiis when necessary. Room air con good. Size fine. Good balcony.

Uncomfortable pillows. Limited toiletries in room. Very minor stuff. Perhaps only real gripe was no changing room or shower to use when I had a late flight. Had to change in restaurant toilet which was busy. Only other thing to mention is it's a 40 min walk at least to Denia which is fine in daylight but not at night. I went to get a meal and then waited over an hour for a taxi which never came. I ended up walking back at 1am in pitch black. So just a warning to solo women travellers. Apparently it's well known that it's very hard to get taxiis in the evening (this was a Sunday) and I wish the hotel had mentioned that when I told them my plans.

An overall OK apartment hotel, in a quiet neighbourhood 5 min drive from beautiful Denia, with nice apartments surrounding a decent-sized pool and bar/restaurant. Not at all crowded when we were visiting (late July).

Apartment was a bit shabby, and smelled stale. Broken things included door handle to the bathroom and two power sockets, and the terrace furniture was rickety. The pool could be cleaner.

Terrible breakfast. Supposedly continental.. swimming pool closed between 3 and 5 pm. Ridiculous. Warmest time..bar closed 11pm

Peaceful , pretty garden and friendly staff

Towels dirty on arrival had to get swapped. Apartment was a bit tired. Pool was dirty for first two days, not netted frequently enough and needed a scrub on bottom. Lots of maintenance staff appeared over weekend so assume other guest reported issues. Staff in restaurant were very friendly and helpful but food was sub par and this was reflected in the lack of use by people.

Beautiful location, lovely gardens. Fresh comfortable room with a large balcony. Close to the sea and an easy walk to Dénia town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of free parking space. Lovely swimming pool with sun loungers around it.

Great location just nextoo the sea. Beautiful spacious green tropical garden with cute white houses. The nice apartments are fresh, comfortable and modern. Good safe calm vibes. Not far from the village by car. Very very kind and helpful crew. The garden has a port/gate directly to the boulevard at the sea. Its stunning. The rocks, the sea just at your doorstep. Raw but beautiful and pure surroundings. From the car-free boulevard you can have an amazing relaxing long walk to Denia’s marine harbor and more. In the meantime you pass nice Spanish cafes. We loved it here and can imagine during summer its even better.

The check in and checking out on a different location is to much a hassle. During winter time there is nobody to help at the apartments complex. The restaurant is closed, which seemed to be open and available in the pictures of the booking.com advertisement. When arriving or leaving there is nobody to help with the luggage and also not with transport from hotel to the apartments. I think when guests check in and check out there should be a crew member present on the spot with a little shuttle bus from the apartment to the other hotel. Finally in the end we got great help. But for the rest we had a fantastic stay and loved it very much. Thank you.

excellent place very nice staff the room are very nice and comfortable with a nice shower a/c was working and not loud at all .Very friendly and helpful staff ❤️

i couldn’t use the iPad to watch video i think the wifi was not strong enough but i could be wrong..

The place was easy to find, close to the beach and an easy walk to the marina and more shops. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very interesting... loads of pictures, paintings and memorabilia. Plenty of space for parking.

The location was good but there was a lot of noise from building works very nearby.

They need to let people know that the rooms shown on the website are not a standard room, as this was misleading and disappointing when you realise they all don't have the balcony with sun beds.

Quite location, close to the sea with free and locked parking. Nice beach walk just 100m from hotel.

AC was not sufficient and could not be fixed after our complaint. Bedside was not wide enough for two adults. Refrigerator was not cold to keep our water chill. No coffee maker in room. Breakfast was poor selection of choice. Not tidy of garden and poor maintenance of the pool area.

Wifi was not good, but it is common for the area. Bathroom was beautiful but not very practical

Lovely hotel, quiet and very close to the sea. Delightful décor. Great walks by the seafront, and a few nice spots to dive and admire the local fish by the rocks. Indoor and outdoor tables for breakfast. Plenty of space to relax with a book and a drink. Very welcoming staff.

The continental breakfast was very nice (excellent croissants!) but not a huge variety. The only real downside was the poor internet connection. It made it difficult keeping in touch with work.

Out of hours check in and check out was poor due to lack of information provided. We had to pick the keys up from another hotel due to late flight arrival. No information was provided as to the location of the rooms. Property was in darkness.No water in pool!! The Hotel should have told guests before arrival. We would have booked somewhere else

What a lovely place to stay. Loved the Spanish villa (now a small hotel, full of character and charm). The team are amazing and they do everything they can to make your stay memorable. The beach is 2 minutes from the hotel and we spent many a happy hour walking along. You can walk to Denia from there to. I am a Celiac and the staff made sure I was looked after very well, adhering to my needs very well.

I would have liked more choice of meals in the restaurant as the menu was limited.
