Spacy and clean room with a great view.

Nothing that I could think of.

very noisy due to old people which were returning from party and talking very loudly , old furniture, no balcony

Issues with the air condition. When called the front desk I was told , they shutdown the a/c due to winter season , but still was hot .

The place of the hotel was really nice.

It is old and not really well taken care. Thebreakfast was a total disaster. The coffee tasyed so bad it was dramatic.

Great value for money. Good size rooms and spacious balcony overlooking the pool area.Good to have a small fridge in the room.Plentiful food... As much or as little as you like...

For such a big bathroom it was a very small shower with a 'sucky' curtain... Trying to avoid the curtain sucking onto you resulted in switching off the water, or worse (adjusting the temperature! ?)Very odd hairdryer too... Awkward to useFood was plentiful and varied, but very limited vegetarian options especially for the main part of the meal. A card operated safe would be an improvement over a clunky key at €2/night.

Hotel denia didnt let me check in. I WANT A REFUND ASAP

The location was excellent. We are a retired couple visiting a friend in Denia. The beach and some restaurants walkable. Town is not too far for a walk. It is very family friendly—as is Spain in general. The pool has fun kid stuff. Recommend if traveling with kids.

Personally we prefer quieter stays but didn’t mind the kids. our balcony overlooked the pool so we could see when the best time to swim was. clean and nice. nothing to complain about. the food isn’t worth the cost in their cafeteria but the convenience for bfast might be worth it.

The pool, aquatic park and entertainment

The location was not that great. Also the hotel is kind of worn down

Breakfast under average with poor pastry, chemical juices, bad coffe and tea. A shame for a Hotel with such lovely facilities and rooms

Indoor pool and breakfast

The indoor showers next to the pool are very old and the temperature constantly changes from cold to hot. Our children burned!

Clean tidy hotel with welcoming friendly staff throughout. Location adjacent to the new marina with abundance of restaurants

Noisy children, overcrowded restaurant.Fire escape doors being opened by children & adults to either admire the view or have a smoke

The address of the property on booking.com reservation confirmation takes you to a completely incorrect location when tapped to open google maps. PLEASE CORRECT. TOOK US 2 HOURS TO FIND YOU AS YOU ARE LISTED AS HOTEL PORT DENIA AND NOT JUST PORT DENIA. The poor women whose house google maps directs to was pulling her hair out with frustration!!!!

The hotel is very close to the marina,restaurants, and shops. We always found carpark around for free.Our room was comfy and clean. We had breakfast with nice selection. Couldn't use the outside pool, because of the weather, but the area was always tidy and could use the indoor pool.Helpful receptionist.

The restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food served was varied, well prepared and presented.The soup in particular was exceptional.

I have no practical comment, just keep up your high standards

Everything was brilliant from the time we booked in to the time we booked outThe staff at the hotel was so good in all areas and I would like to thank the ladies look after our room she was amazing The food in the hotel was amazing, so good I think it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in on the price we have paid Would we go back to this hotel 100% yes

Our experience staying in Port Denia was ok, the main issue we experienced was the air conditioning not working in the rooms and the heat of the room was very unbearable for the 6 guests and the baby that we had with us. The ability to change the settings of the temperature was not able to be changed by ourselves in the room as it was all set on one for the whole hotel. For this reason we would not recommend a stay within the hotel.

The food was nice and a lot of variety, pool was kept clean and staff was friendly

Pillows were uncomfortable and the room was small for the amount of people in it

Clean and tidy rooms if old fashioned.Spacious grounds large pool and indoor pool sauna etc.Friendly if over worked staff.

15€ per day to park car2€ hire charge plus deposit for pool towel. Used to leaving a deposit but 2€ charge is a first for me in Spain.Major issue poor quality of food, lack of salad selection not much choice of hot food and what there was was almost cold. An outright refusal to cook a fresh omelette despite having the grill.Lack of any table service in the bar so had to queue with the all inclusive guest to get a drink, in the end easier to go out to eat and drink.
