The shower and bathroom were fantastic. Balcony was large and very nice. Great room, I could stay there for days!

The only negative is the hallway noise. But that says more about your neighbors than the place. ;-)

The hotel is very well located, just a 5 minute walk from the beach and 15 mins from downtown. The building is very spacious compared to other hotels in the area. The employees were amazing, they gave us an upgrade for a nicer room and were very helpful with whatever you asked for. We will definitely go back.

Everything was great but just for mentioning something could be to update all the mattresses.

Staff put use in old room facing Allie staff was rude next day they moved us to a nicer room tks to book it .com

The breakfast was excellent and the location close to the beach and town centre was also very good.

The hotel is showing its age a bit with doors somewhat awkward to shut/ slide.Some problems with mosquitos in our roombbut the hotel was helpful in providing an electric plug in a ti mosquito distributor.

Average breakfast very disappointed on decor all very tired and had to be moved three times ant infestation in two of the rooms.We were booked for 7days but left after three.

Room (deluxe sea view) was very good, beds a little hard but room cleaned every day and view from balcony excellent. Room are little basic but spacious and as we expected. Breakfast excellent. Denia is a great place to have an holiday will definitely be returning

hotel atmosphere is a little strange, lots of people with hip/knee replacements as a local arrangement with overseas country who use the hotel for recovery did not cause an issue for us as we were not there so much during day. Getting taxi's also an issue.

Location, breakfast, spacious rooms and nice balcony.

1-There were sports teams of young kids who were loud. I would have liked it if I had been notified before. I woke up very early because of the noise.2- my kids were not allowed to peacefully play with the ball at the pool but when the sports teams were playing with the ball, no one stopped them.3- the room cards kept on disconnecting, like literally after every 24 hours. 4- elevator is too slow and takes forever.5- room cleaning wasn't the best.

The beautiful gardens were immaculately clean and well tended to.Lots of sun loungers.The breakfast was a very good standard.

The salad bar at dinner was not good.It lacked variety and was very limited in choice.We didn't have tea and coffee in our room.

The location was great for both town and the beach. The staff friendly and food was good.Would definitely visit again.

Our door didn't lock properly and we were unfortunate that the television remote didn't work even though it was replaced.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.

The changing rooms in the spa were very dirty, I mentioned this to the staff, they didn't do anything about it. The larger lady on the breakfast was quite rude but the young lad was very friendly and professional. Would I go again, no, there are much nicer places with less stars on the seafront.

I would recommend requesting a room overlooking the pool/garden. Rooms are very spacious and clean. We used the spa facilities, 23 euro for 90 minutes for pool,steam room sauna hot and cold showers it was bliss a huge thank you to the staff i cant remember ye're names ye were fantastic, from pedicures & massages ye made it such a great experience for us. Thank you....

After arrival we discovered the hotel is an over flow for hospital patients which i strongly feel should be made clear on booking .As alot of the guests were recovering from operations and having treatment done in the hotel it felt like a stay in a private hospital rather then a hotel.

I like comfort and how nice is the main hall , swimming pool, rooms , entrance area etc.

A little bit bigger parking space would be beneficial . The lift wasn’t working

Hotel foyer was bright and clean, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. About a 15 minute walk away is the first Marina with some nice bars, then there is the port followed by another Marina with a few restaurants. We used two restaurants that catered for my wife who is vegan, The Satay Thai which was small, only five table inside, looked a bit like a café but the food was excellent, and five minutes walk from the hotel is a Tibetan restaurant called Kathmandu where the food was delightful.

We asked before arriving if the hotel catered for vegans but did not get a response. No problem for us because Denia has plenty of restaurants that do, but they did lose trade. Car Parking was in the road outside, there were spaces available but it was February I would imagine in peak season it would be a problem. My wife dropped something on the floor in the kitchen area of the apartment, she picked it up and it was covered in black hair not what one would expect I booked in online but when we arrived we had to go through the process again, not sure why the online service is offered as a speedy booking, when it is clearly not the case.

The fact everyone in the hotel was covered in blood stained stuff an just had surgery food place was full these ppl an some them smelt funny

Not being informed that the Al Mazal restaurant was closed and on there website the Juniour suite says it has a free minibar but it doesn't, you have to pay for it. Also you have to pay for parking in the hotel car park ....

Very comfortable stay, in a quiet area at a walk distance from the city center. The staff are kind and helpful, we got an upgrade of our accommodation for free!Very spacious and well furnished room.
