Stunning views out to sea. Lovely staff. Comfy bed. We were visiting friends very nearby, If using as a base for exploring Denia and surrounding area it's probably more than 30 minutes walk or you will need a car.Substantial breakfast - cold meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, croissants, eggs etc.

Gorgeous property; beautiful, clean room with a view; excellent communication and easy parking. Stayed here with our two small dogs and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing view, private and quiet but with everything we needed. Short drive to the Montgo park & Cova Tollada and just about close enough to town and the marina to stroll in to castle/restaurants etc.

Nothing - it was great. Recommend hiring a car if you want to explore or will struggle with the walk into town (around 30 mins to marina, 45 mins to castle/old town).

This is a gorgeous villa/hotel with a wonderful view in a quiet cul-de-sac. Parking is easy.

Absolutely beautiful location. We had room 4 with a large terrace and whirlpool bath on the terrace . Will definitely return .

Absolutely stunning views, felt like I was in a hotel with daily room service and buffet breakfast

Unfortunately we had three fairly bad weather which meant humidity was high. Condensation inside of the room was uncomfortable and air con heating didn’t really help to dry a room. There were also radiators on the room so upon request they were switched on for a short period of time.

This place is AMAZING. The lovely room and the generous breakfast more than met our expectations, but the location was stunning and offered some of the best views we've ever enjoyed from any lodging establishment.Dénia is overbuilt and has a lot of tourists but is well worth visiting; we went to the llonja (fish market) to see the fishing boats come in (between 3:30 and 5:00) and watch the fish auction, which begins around 5:00..The staff and the owner, Delia, are wonderful.If you want a great lunch of "comida casera" and would like to avoid the touristy restaurants near the shore, go to Bar Dulcinea Requetesort. We found it by watching where the public-sector workers with uniforms were eating.

We liked everything about this lovely place! The only small negative is that it's not in town and you will need to get here by car.

Everything....comfortable....clean.....attractive colour scheme....lovely view.....tea,coffee,fridge and toiletries we're all good.Breakfast was fine.Restaurant not too far away but needs a car.Hot tub would have been an added attraction.We would stay again

Slight confusion on arrival about room but al was well with change and our dog was compensated....thank you.

We enjoyed the breakfast location and the view that came with it. Additionally, we enjoyed the possibility to park the car close by.

There were a couple of small things missing, such as a toilet paper holder or a shower door.

Views, and staff were exceptional! Pool was a delight, and we loved the entire vibe of the place.

There was an exterior light that was on all night and based on the placement of the bed, shone directly into my eyes.Would also recommend installing another mirror, perhaps full length. The only mirror is over the bathroom sink.
