Terrible wifi and parking options. Misleading listing - parking is not free. Wifi didnt work in room, only lobby.

The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. However, the quality of sleep was severely compromised due to an extreme lack of sound insulation between units.The walls are exceptionally thin, resulting in full transmission of noise, rendering earplugs ineffective. Specific noise disturbances included a family arrival with a crying baby at 1:00 AM, loud conversation from an adjacent unit at 2:00 AM, and non-stop infant crying beginning at 7:00 AM.While the noise originates from other guests, the fundamental issue lies in the complete absence of room insulation. Guests seeking a restful night's sleep should be aware of this critical structural deficiency.

Unfit for occupancy

I complained to the staff. The room was not fit for habitation -they did not have an alternative for us. When we walked into the room we were met by the very strong smell of mold. It made sleeping that night very difficult and waking up with a headache. There was significant "Construction" in progress in this short hallway. Holes in walls, grinding of sheet rock and other parts of the structure. This created the presence of silica dust in the facility (that causes respiratory harm). The floors were wet and saturated with this dust and other construction debris and some of the towels laid down in the hallway presented tripping hazards for my family. I am requesting a full refund. Please provide refund within 5 days

The location of this hotel is great. Close to large old town castle and port area. Old town really nice.

On Tues evening came back to hotel at 1020pm for a nightcap at bar. Told by man on reception bar was shut. He said sometimes it shuts at 1030 or 11pm. Very disappointed. The rooms are very noisy. Could hear people in other rooms.booked a superior double with balcony. Could only get one person on balcony it was tiny. No English tv channels.

Great location. The staff was friendly and attentive and quick to respond. Comfortable and clean room. Very good value for money. Safe, gated parking at the hotel and pet-friendly. We had an early ferry departure to Ibiza and they packed us a lovely take-away breakfast. Will definitely recommend.

Liked: Great location, walking distance from downtown.Disliked: Parking was tricky or overpriced.Also the darn constant firecrackers were giving me shellshock and preventing sleep, but that's not the hotel's fault

This hotel was fabulous. A friend and I stayed on our way to Andalucia and on the way home. Our journey down was fraught as we got caught up in some storm warnings and weren't sure if we would make it. I ended up cancelling and then rebooking the room and the staff were so incredibly kind to us. The location was perfect and having the safe parking was great as we both had fully loaded cars. We very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet and would happily stay here every time we head south for the winter. My little dog was also chuffed to have a little bed and some bowls for her supper.

The hidden charges. I got my receipt for a certain price from booking.com and when I checked into the hotel I was hit with additional fees. Ended up paying 70% more so could have stayed in a better place. Also walls paper thin

Central location especially if arriving by the tram . Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed , nice bathroom. Water in the fridge was a nice touch. Nice selection for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Spacious parking if required.

Very noisy rooms. You could here people in the next room talking and coughing. Cleaning staff dragging furniture in adjacent rooms was so so loud.

This is a very comfortable hotel. Right by Tram Station. Friendly Staff. We have already booked to return for our 6th visit.

Just wished there was mirror above vanity unit unit in bedroom not a painting. Better quality toilet tissue. But still great value.

Very convenient for Tram, Centre and Port.
