Food and cleanless was perfect little spa and gym

Verry bad transport during the day bus is running 4times only to Palma no other couch

Breakfast and dinner buffets are awesome. The hotel is well located and the room is super nice.

Location was perfect, staff friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay.

Every one of my 7 days here-the staff (reception,restaurant,bar,cleaning)was cheerful,gracious,polite. This hotel has the feel of a family run operation.Comfortable bed,good air con,strong wifi,modern bathrooms-just a wonderful hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffets served delicious and healthful food-all 14 of my meals there.Option to dine indoors or on an expansive terrace overlooking the charming harbor and beach.The marble floors and Art Deco design lift this hotel to the top tier of 4-star hotels.There is not a nicked baseboard or a smudge on any walls-the hotel seems constantly refreshed.Even the terrace ironwork appeared freshly painted. Gym had a few strength training machines and treadmills. This was my second year staying here-and it won't be my last. Hotel is a 30 -second walk to the beach and 60 seconds to the ferries that go up and down the coast.

It's rare for me to say this:but this hotel is perfection.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good.

The location is excellent. The breakfast is exceptional. The beds are super comfy and good quality pillows and bedding. The room cleaning standard was excellent and the girl was lovely and happy. Sara the Osteopath massage woman is outstanding - I had 4 treatments in total (2 x 1 hour sessions of 2 different treatments each time) and I have muscoskeletal issues, and she helped a lot and was super lovely and relaxing

The reception staff varied and apart from the male were not super welcoming. As a solo traveller this is important. The spa facilities are small and really need an upgrade. The soundproofing is not perfect - I could hear next doors TV clearly and some noise from the corridor and room cleaning but not too intrusively. There was a bad smell of meat cooking often, (being in a room at the back there was the hotel kitchen and Burger King next door - I couldn’t work out the origin), particularly strong and all day on Sunday which as a vegetarian was really bad and I had to keep my door closed even when it was hot and sit inside and not in the balcony - one of the main facilities I had chosen the hotel for. Dinner options for vegetarians are limited for the price, and given what omnivorous guests have available to choose from. For my part, I believe they would have been better if I had communicated my needs in advance. I couldn’t get the TV or AC to work and didn’t want to ask, so some written instructions would have been useful!!

Location, room comfortable Buffet - lots of choice except the pork was fatty .

One of the windows were left open or taken out on the stairway and therefore the stairway , reception , and other areas were cold, this was fit all the time we were there .The pork at dinner time was very fatty .

It was very reasonably price. I suppose it was February but I guess main reason is my roon was in their adjunct hotel building across the road. This is mainly rooms with the small gym and spa

I booked this Hotel as it was my birthday on arrival the receptionist told me I was in the annex and I was surprised but she then told me well you booked through booking.com the room allocated was small but clean the view was shocking looking into other apartments washing etc, I checked I fair enough I did book annex never noticed but surely they could have allocated a one at the other side that viewed the hotel. I did email the Hotel 7 days in advance to let them know this was a special birthday and could they recommend any local attractions as well as parking, I got NO response I assume it because I booked through booking.com and not hotel direct we stayed the night before in an other Hotel and they kindly responded with the information

The attitude of receptionists the other staff lovely, the room view was shocking, queueing for coffee took time as the staff member made to order. The other Hotel had made coffee pots to lift when needed maybe they should consider that, food was not great I got uncooked chicken for dinner. Breakfast omelette was lovely.

The maintenance of machines in gym needs more attencion!

Located across the street from the port and the beach, it´s a confortable hotel, with an unusual structure, where my room was across the street. The room was adecuate, the breakfast good, dinner was good value for money

It was clean, staff were really nice.

The spa was terrible, neither the steam or sauna got hot, no way to control temperature was just a waste of time waiting for it to heat up for an hour in mildly warm sauna and steam room. Chose this hotel to enjoy a break and spa and was a complete waste of time

The location was perfect. So calm and quiet. Best view for my morning coffee.

The parking was a bit tricky. We visited during the off season so it was manageable.

Location is amazing. Staff very kind. Our son was staying in an apartment down the street so super convenient for us.

Bad insulation in the rooms, neighbors can be heard through the walls

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a wonderful view over the harbour at Porto Cristo. It's very close to the beach (just out the door, basically), to the local shops, and to the bus stops up and down the coast. The bus stop to the airport and into Manacor is quite close as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and has a decent sized fridge for a hotel room. The bathrooms are clean. The bar downstairs seems lovely, and has a comfortable terrace as well as street seating.

It's a shame there are absolutely no room service food options.
