The cleaning room service. It was quite bad. They didn't charge daily.

Grate location very quite perfect to relax no noisy night clubs ect Short walk to the beach and shops

Alcohol drinks could have abit of variety like tequila.

The room was basic but very clean. We has a lovely view from our balcony. We liked that the hotel was not using single use plastic glasses for our drinks and that we had a robust plastic glass which we used all week. The pool areas were clean with plenty of sunbeds. We found the food to be plentifull and to a standard that we expected for the price point.

The rooms have thin walls with no sound proofing and you can hear everything from your neighbours. If you happened to have noisy neighbours/crying children, it could be difficult. The pillows were terrible but I did ask if they could be changed and they were. I almost missed the fact that no pool towels are available. It is a large family hotel so be prepared for noisy children.

Overall everything was very good. I really liked the animation team and the activities they carried out.

I am a vegetarian and unfortunately there was not always enough variety of food, especially for breakfast.I didn't like the cleaning in the room. Sometimes it felt like they didn't clean at all. There was too much mess there and it didn't take much effort, but at least you could get some papers off the nightstand.

Staff were rude

We loved the pools. The beach in 7min walking distance was very nice, not very busy. The food was nice, the restaurant a bit loud. Good place for a family. The furniture is dated but we didn't mind.

The path to the beach (short cut) could use an up date.

Very noisy rooms , all night noisy and kids screaming and crying ! Noise customers going to their rooms, could get any rest throughout the night! Last day cleaner entering our 3 rooms telling us we had to leave until 12 ! Not nice when you’re in bed and someone enters your room at 9am !

Food is good for 3 stars hotel

Location of the hotel is very bad. The beach nearby is very dirty so that we couldn’t stay any longer. The Cala Domingo beach wich the transfer provided for is very nice but this transfer is not enough for such amount of people. There is a queue waiting for the transfer to arrive because there is not enough space. Rooms are too old. There is always noise. And system with caps is awful. Why not just provide the caps for each drink? A lot of children . Just a lot

Great value for money, nice location, easy access to public transport.

Pools are lovely good is plentiful but not great choice drinks are great although cup situation bit oddRooms lovely cleaned daily

The cups are nuts I went to get my 2 cups as I was given ticket for and wanted to buy an additional two but wasn't allowed The hotel is a good walk away from any shops.No bank machine on site but have to pay for rental items in cash .

The bar staff (even though I was all inclusive I had about 10 drinks in total the 5 nights I was there..)

It’s advertised as modern and clean and I guess that’s the case for the rooms (apart from the shower) if you book a double bed you will have 2 singles pushed together…the property is very old and outdated. All they’ve done is painted the walls white in the rooms and new bedding. Don’t expect a decent night sleep because the beds are uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin.The food is horrendous! I was sick ALL 5 DAY’S! If you can live on chips and toast then this place is for you. It is no where near what you pay for it! I wouldn’t call this a 3 star hotel. There was also multiple time where they come and tried to take the plates off the table while me and my partner were trying to eat out very beige dinner or breakfast ?‍♀️ some woman put a bread roll in the toaster and it caught a lite .. do you want to know what the staff did, NOTHING! They just stood and watched because why would they interrupt their morning gossip sesh. I helped the lady get her on fire bread roll out and blew it out as luckily it was only small. I’d just like to let you all know there is no outdoor seating for dinner like most hotels. 9times out of 10 the dining area reeks of fish or smells like someone’s been sick. Oh and I also noticed if your there with kids then all the staff are lovely but if your not then it’s just the bar staff and one member of reception who are actually decent human beings.I could go on and on and on but THANK GOD I AM BACK HOME!! I have never been so happy to leave a hotel in my life. Our flight home wasn’t until 8pm. We woke up at 9:30 (I say woke up we we’re actually woken up at 1, 2:45ish, again at 4 and 6 most nights) and were gone by 11:30

The maid cleaned the room every day, not just making the bed but also wiping the floor.

The kids club lost my child within the 30 min she was there on our second day. Their non existing kids club was the reason we chose this "family friendly" hotel. The playground that they call kids club is closed with a gate that anyone can open, so, any child can leave without them knowing. The women working there didn't even know she was gone when I went to talk to them. This happenes after they confirmed that it was 100% safe to leave her there. The door from the balcony at this "family" hotel did not lock, so children can open as they wish. Wifi non existent.

We really enjoyed the place. The food was good and tasty, interesting program for children, very clean rooms and area of the hotel, very helpful workers on the reception .

Difficult to sleep because of the noise, maybe the wall is too thin

The staff is amazing. Always there to assist you and every time with a good vibe and smiling. We were a group of 4 and stayed for 10 nights.

Too many little kids, and there was too much noise as you can imagine , but that's ok.?

Excellent value for money, when they say all inclusive let me tell you everything is, it may only be a 3 star hotel but don’t let that put you off, the hotel caters so well for kids, there is an onsite water park that is suitable for toddlers upwards a play area tennis courts pony rides crazy golf and much more. Life guards are on duty at both big pools all day and there is never a shortage of sun beds as they have hundreds of them.

The hotel is a good hours transfer from the airport and is situated in an a remote area, there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the beach but if you want to walk it’s a good half hour and the same to the centre where the shops are.The hotel doesn’t provide pool towels so remember to take your own and upon arrival you get issued with your own plastic cups that you use for all of your outdoor drinks if you lose them you have to buy new ones at 1 euro each. The rooms are small and don’t have tea and coffee facilities but there is a hairdryer and air conditioning .

I loved how nice all the staff were and how much fun they tried to make everything. The food was delicious. The kids club was the best, my daughter had the best time. We will definitely try to return

There was no internet in the rooms. Even my personal data did not work. This made for a stressful experience. Also the pools were all very cold. This hotel could benefit from a small indoor heated pool for the babies at least.

The food was ok. The staff was very polite. Simply rules on the building. Very nice facilities and swimming pool for the children's. There are many organisations event on evening for the children's and for the adults during the day.
