Loved the pool, breakfast and location

Breakfast was good

Room was not clean espacially bathroom. air conditioning is not working properly and makes an incredible noise when it is running, so we couldn't sleep at all. There is no any protector on the windows so you also have a mosquito problem

I come by car.. maybe in summer can be problem for parking place around! Now in the month of May I was lucky with parking..

Clean and comfortable small hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good swimming pool with chairs, umbrellas, and a lifeguard. Within walking distance downhill and to the right to Platja Murada and downhill and to the left to Platja Domingos.

There was parking at the hotel for 10 Euro per day. The street parking, I was able to find street parking nearby in early June 2025. However, it will be difficult in July and August, I'd imagine to find street parking. The breakfast was good. I suggest also offering fried eggs, not just scrambled and hard boiled. Other than that, a very nice little hotel.

Amazing location, amazing beach nearby, great breakfast options. Free parking in the area. Peaceful and overall great relaxation place!

Staff members very helpful and nice, breakfast was good, bar in the hotel offered variety of drinks and good food, sushi bar every friday. Possibility to rent bikes right in the hotel.

Its not the most modern place but everything was super clean and very confortable while still being stylish. The receptionist, Alex, was great, very friendly and nice. Worth staying!

The service, personal - stuff. Very friendly, helpfull and also very kind. The waiter was very observant - he offer me second day automaticaly gluten free bread. Here care about guest. I like to come again. Gluteen free breakfest too.

Cleaning was quick, but not very good - some a little bit dirty towel for foot and some hair in bathroom…

I spent 5 days with with 4 friends in mid September. These were my highlights:STAFFThe BEST thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone working there was kind, polite, very well mannered, friendly and happy to help. Our flight to Mallorca was cancelled which caused us to miss our 1st night and 1st breakfast. The manager was very kind and gave us some freebies to compensate, even though our delay was not caused by the hotel. He arranged for a complementary bottle of bubbly to be delivered to my room (for my birthday) and they also decorated with balloons. The staff at the breakfast buffet were so kind and lovely; they made us feel very welcome every morning. The housekeeping staff were also very nice, especially Quina.BREAKFASTBased on other people's reviews, I had some reservations about the breakfast. But honestly, I don't know how anyone can complain about it! It is true that they offer the same items every day, but there is a wide variety of foods to choose from, so you can actually eat something different every day if you want. There is a hot buffer with bacon, scrambled eggs and sausages; a cold buffet with cold meats, cheeses, fresh vegetables, dressings & tuna; a selection of cereals and dry fruits, yogurt, fresh cheese, eggs, different types of milk, loads of fresh fruit, fruit juice and flavoured water, and a large variety of breads and pastries. There are two hot drink machines that serve all sorts of hot beverages.We enjoyed our breakfast every day and did not get bored at all. Everything was delicious.LOCATIONCala Murada is a very small hamlet near Manacor. Not the right place if you're looking for party, noise and crowds. However, if what you want is a quiet, relaxing holiday in walking distance to three beautiful calas, this is the place for you. There are several restaurants right opposite the hotel, and a few more at a short walking distance.

There were a few small niggles I'd like to mention. Nothing major, but there's always room for improvement. I have to admit I was a little disappointed at first impressions. The hotel building and communal areas are nice, but the rooms, especially the bathrooms, feel quite old-fashioned. The red carpet on the corredor gives really old vibes. A bit of an investment in some refurbishments will completely elevate the look and feel of the hotel. The WiFi worked great in the building, but it didn't reach the pool areas. The housekeeping of the rooms could have been more in-depth. Used cups or glasses were not removed and replaced; they were left dirty every day. The shower tiles could do with a deep scrub too, they were not spotlessly clean.

Good location older hotel but very clean really polite helpful staff. Substantial breakfast with plenty of choice. No restaurant at lunchtime and limited menu of an evening but plenty of options nearby. Hotel has connections with the beach bar 10 minutes walk away.

They don’t seem to clean the floor in the room, I asked to clean it but nothing happened.The closest beach was not nice and dirty, but another one a bit far away was very good.

The location is good, actually one of the bests I visited in Mallorca, because if you desire that quiet silent space then this hotel can provide it , the pool area was nice and quiet. And the walk to the beach is 10 min down. The beach isn’t the bests on the island for sure, but it’s good for a silent getaway. Now the hotel itself is reasonable , quite old and I do recommend the staff to spray or keep the air fresh with nice scents because the hotel smelled a lot like bleach and my room smelled very clean for a very long time but not the kind of smell you want on holiday (too much ditergent) so this could be improved. Food is basic, and breakfast was nice. Parking is paid, which is ridiculous because for the price of the room per night this surely could be included.

an excellent hotel, you have the opportunity to travel to several places. Very welcoming staff, especially the receptionist Alex, restaurant, pool, ambience. Delicious and diversified breakfast. We will come back with love. We wish you much success

An ordinary 3 star hotel.Nothing that stands out and nothing that makes it inferior to others.The bathroom is clean but outdated, it looks more like a bathroom from a recovery center.Very tasty fruits.

Noises are heard from the hallway. The same breakfast every morning. Horrible coffee.Price for parking 15 euros/day in the conditions on the street you can park for free.
