A very good location, close to the beach, very clean, a very good breakfast, perfect internet.

Moscitos. Parties around till 2300. Very noisy, and no soundproof. No heated pools outdoors, but there is one indoor. The beds are quite "tired", not convenient anymore.

Staff was really kind and polite. Our child got sick the last day, they provided us room extension from 12h to 14h free of charge. Food is delicious, so many varity and different types of meals, everything is tasty and fresh.

Beds in one room were with some small dents in the middle not quite comfortable, but okish.

Splash park wasn’t always going on overhead which was great for our children as they were still able to use the slide without getting their eyes wet

Location. The location of the coma Gran is perfect.it's a easy 5 min walk to the bus stop (which are few and far between)and approx 10 min walk to big supermarket.the room was very clean, the maid is here six days out of seven and does an amazing job. the room was perfect for two adults and two kids. we had floor 5, room 525 and it overlooked part of the street with a sea view.inside the room there is new kettle and toaster and two jobs, we made some great meals here.Also for restaurants, you have the highly recommended "LA CASITA 1 and 2" very close by, amazing food at very good prices.Beach is only 5 mins walk also, nice beach.and you have a really nice walk to old.ruin on he hill top.highly recommend this hotel.we will be back ?

Nothing is perfect, that's life.Absolutely.no complaints here, we were very happy we chose this hotel.

There was an unpleasant situation at check-out. The reception told me that I had to return the two key cards I was given on arrival. Unfortunately, I was only given 1 key on arrival as I was with my 4 year old son and didn't need the other key. I was then told at reception that if I stayed again, I would have to return both keys. I understood the reception to think that I had misappropriated one of the keys. I put an end to the conflict by leaving. Unfortunately, my son overheard the conversation and I had to explain to him why the uncle at reception was so angry and accusing us of something.I had done an online check in at check in, but the receptionist noticed it when I asked her why I had to do an online check in when now I have to enter all my details again.

Staff were super friendly, the check-in and check-out process was super easy, check-out time was 12pm which was great, the lobby was nice and modern, lots of facilities and a decent sized apartment.

Although lobby was super modern, the rooms were very very dated and dusty - my hay fever flared up, no parking at the hotel and was super hard to get a park on the roads, the location was very dead and a very sleepy town, we would have preferred to stay somewhere else in hindsight, the room was very cold and the heating took ages to turn on, they had blankets in the cupboard but with no covers, so it was very peculiar sleeping with them, just outside the rooms there was a very very cold draft coming through so the walk to the room was super uncomfortable, the elevators were small and one wasn't working upon arrival.

Exceeded our expectations. Receptionists and other staff were helpful, and could also communicate in several languages. The rooms were large and we appreciated having a kitchenette. Additionally, it was off season and the kids club had activities all through which our little one oved.

The rooms aren't sound proof. One can hear noise of furniture being moved around in other rooms especially when the cleaners are cleaning.

Overall our stay was very good and would recommend this. The hotel is close to bus stop to airport, Palma and Safari park. The beds were comfortable including the sofa beds. The view from 6th floor balcony is amazing.Breakfast was open buffet with lots of options.Many activities for children and adults around outdoor swimming pool. Football for kids, table tennis, mini play area, pool tables.

Dinner was a bit expensive. You can get better price and better quality at the restaurants near to the hotel.Indoor swimming pool had lots of hair and children got sick after.Some staff at breakfast were not so polite because it was end of season on 1st Nov and were looking to go on their holiday.

Clean hotel and rooms. Accommodation comfortable and sufficient. Lovely to have outside bar where drinks can be served in glass instead of plastic, if staying at a table rather than pool. Staff friendly. Nice indoor pool for cooler weather. Location close to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Great selection of drinks for AI package.

Food was poor standard, not 4* quality or variety compared to other hotels in the area. Regularly empty food trays and not replenished frequently enough. Restaurant staff were not very attentive for clearing tables or serving drinks. Restaurant small and cramped. Would only return on self catering.

That was great hotel for families. Great swimming pool for kids and aduls. Lovely staff, very helpful when you ask.

Everything was great!All employees, at all posts were very helpful and kind.Facilities were great and food was also really good with variety for all kind of appetites.

If there is something I have to mention is that beds in our room were like camp beds . But mattresses were comfortable

Great staff. Great hotel for kids. Felt safe and very welcoming at our stay. Cant fault this hotel will be looking forward to returning

Amazing value for money! Nice stuff, very tasty food - both breakfastst and dinners. Good location, parking available just in the street next to the hotel.

Very child friendly, everything is made easy around kids. Especially the swimming pool is super fun.

Great place for family vacation. A lot of things for kids. Great place near beach.

Rooms are outdated. All inclusive is not what we expected, only minimum is included and way more things will cost money.

Sunbeds are a little bit cramped around the pool area but on a positive there was always plenty available
