The beach was nice.

Room smelled like humidity all 4 days.Food quality was low.

The staff are so accommodating, and it's amazing having tasty food included. The hotel is on a beautiful beach and has good facilities like a nice gym and shuttle around the resort. They also have an app which notifies you when your room has been cleaned which was cool!

The shower didn't drain quickly enough so could flood the bathroom a little while showering.

Modern and cosy design, exceptionally clean , bright rooms, super comfortable bed!

Toilet gave a little smell.

The hotel is very modern, green and clean. Food is good with extensive variety. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It is a hotel for families therefore except small kids almost in every room and respective noise at night and around the pool. I was waken up many times as small kids were crying at night. In restaurants it is super noisy cause of kids. This is a good place for families with kids but not for couples.

Great layout of resort, beach was fantastic, lots of options for food.

Rooms for a family with one child could have been a little larger.

A lovely hotel & restaurant and great family pool. Perfect for family's, and decent all inclusive package. We couldn't fault that

encounter a few problems with cleaners coming in twice without knocking. Rude manager who didn't really want to help sort our problems out and ignored our emails once we had arrived back to England. This was mine and my partner's wedding honeymoon and was not happy with how we were treated . Power outages very often throughout our stay which is not what you want when your eating your meal and all the lights go out every 5 minutes. But this IS a wonderful hotel that's not a question.

Room size is not good. We booked a superior Bungalow for me, my wife and our 4 years old daughter and the space was very tight....This resort is very big and extensive (something you don't realise from the description) with over a thousand of guests, and for this they have a buggy service which is essential, but the number of the buggies is not enough....sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes because they are always full....

Quite below the quality of food and service that we find in other Iberostar hotels, at the same price.

I really liked the location, the staff, and the food, which was fantastic and varied.

The pool for kids was not as clean as expected, and there were too many russian guests, which impacted the overall atmosphere for us.

I loved this place. The beach is beautiful and exclusive. The hotel has a calm and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for families. The food is tasty and delicious. Staff are very friendly and polite.

The gym should have more space. It’s really tiny.

Property was kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Staff was incredibly nice everywhere. Super helpful. Even though there was only one restaurant to dine in, the food was good and varied. Bungalows kept very clean by the maintenance team which was also incredibly nice and worth a special mention.

Even though I personally enjoyed the bungalow setup of the hotel and the buggy system, it’s not really adequate for babies as they’ll have to ride on your lap which isn’t the safest.The beds are not comfortable at all. They are small and the mattresses have seen better days.I think the price justified alternatives to dine in other than just the buffet restaurant. It gotten a bit repetitive. It would have been nice to have at least one a la carte restaurant included. Not having the option to sit and have food brought to you, at least once in a week’s stay, somehow spoils what could have been a more premium experience.On the main buffet restaurant they only had wine on tap as part of the AI package which was awful. I think it’s reasonable to expect to enjoy an average glass of wine, from a bottle, in a Spanish AI hotel.

Great location, wonderful for young children, very practical. The staff was lovely! It was clean, always.

The separate beds are a no go for me. We ended up regularly in the hole between the 2. At the price we pay, it would be really nice to at least have the option of a double bed or 2 single beds. It is really a shame because a part from that I would definitely book Iberostar for future holidays again. But it really significantly affected my sleep. Smaller things, but that I think could be nice: it would have been lovely to have the little stepladder that we found in the public toilets for children in our room, since the hotel knew we would be with a little one. The smell of toilets in some areas such as the outdoor part of the restaurant, or the side of Kids’ pool was really unpleasant. We knew to sit somewhere far away from where the evacuation was after that, but I thought that could be improved. Finally, I don’t know how, but I think the little taxi service could be arranged in such a way that there is some regularity in when they pass. I was pregnant when we travelled and going up those high hills was not always easy for me, but then waiting 30 minutes for a lift was not fun either.

We loved our vacation. Especially Bia and Márcia were incredible with our daughter. A round of applause for the restaurant staff, amazing, tireless always everything impeccable and clean. They worked a lot and always with a smile on their face. We loved it.

Food is good.

Hotel has so many rooms/guests that the restaurant is not able to accomodate everyone- you have to wait in line for the table and it's so noisy in the dining area that you can barely hear each other.Hotel streteched on such a big area that there's ROAD in the middle where cars are going back and forth all day, including big garbage truch.Cleaning stuff leaves your garbage in front of your room, so you see the big plastic garbage bag all the time. The beds are on the WHEEL so they tend to move and separate at night.They don't give you water in the room, you have to go to refill a bottle and it's so far that it's very inconvenient, especially when it rains. They have a PLUMBING issues, the water stays in the sink.

I highly recommend! From the breakfast spread to the dinner menu, every meal is delicious. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. Great value for a wonderful stay!

The property is well located near a nice beach. It is very clean and very well maintained. Staff are polite and the food all day great. The restaurant has variety of things, very clean and the staff very polite. There is a small bus service with a cart car running continuously to serve rooms and the beach. The swimming pools are very nice.

The beach is not clean, had a lot of seaweed so we didn’t even swim. You have to pay a deposit for a kettle? Really? And the key of the safe and 20euro deposit per towel! There is no drinking water in the room and you have to look for a water fountain close to you. The rooms are very small and the bathroom not isolated. The kids room (star camp) is not something special at all and the kindergarten is not maintained. There is no walking path to the beach so you walk on the road and cars are traveling so be careful.

Well designed area, with wonderful scenery, the best food and drinks we ever had with all inclusive (both top quality, wide variety). Staff was very professional and friendly!

It is overpopulated. You need to fight for your sun bed when you travel with your family. Beach is open for public, not reserved for hotel guests - you need to extra pay for sun beds and umbrellas. Bar at the beach is not part of all inclusive program. Beach was dirty in the end of season / no daily maintainance.
