    Pros +

    • It was a tranquil accommodation with some peace and quiet, very clean and perfect for a relaxing getaway. There was a shared kitchen space well equipped for all parties, lovely terraces and a smooth online check-in process. As it’s a working farm, expect to be surrounded by sheep and have a car to get here. The location is great for exploring all areas of the island, with the closest beach being around 20’ of a drive away and the closest town around 10’.
    • Such a unique and beautiful place. It’s located in the middle of nowhere which lets you relax and enjoy your peaceful time in the countryside(but there’s a town nearby if you need anything). It’s filled with extraordinary objects and decorations that make it feel like it has a soul of its own. It was so nice to explore the whole object, we felt like little kids in a magical world and kept discovering new rooms and equipment till the last day. We didn’t get to meet the owners, but they were easy to get in touch with and help on WhatsApp. All spaces are clean, there’s a big kitchen and shared spaces like a living room to use. There’s also a first aid kit available in the house- it turned out to be helpful, thanks for it :) We’ll be definitely coming back!
    • Unique traditional and beautifully renovated farmhouse in quiet countryside with lovely views and lots of stars at night. Apartment was spacious, everything spotless, shared kitchen well equipped. All as described/depicted . Staff was lovely too, self check-in easy

    Cons -

    • Although the facilities were great, with even sun umbrellas on borrow for your runs to the beach, there were no beach towels so make sure to bring some. The only minor things to note were that there is no AC, only fans and dehumidifiers, and our room on the first floor was getting a bit of noise from the room above us. The wifi signal is a bit off at times and there is no reception on the country road outside the farm, so make sure to load your routes before departing / getting there. Apart from these, everything was lovely!
    • The host was really disrespectful. There was an organizational mistake ( we arrived so late and according to her description there was two apartments one of them was already taken, we went to the next one. There is no numbers or signs to recognize if we entered the wrong apartment .) I think we switched apartments with the neighbor next to us, and they had to leave 2 days earlier,So one of her employees came to ask us to leave in the morning even though I showed her the booking details. The owner said it's our fault because we took the wrong room ( it was the only one available according to her instructions.
    • The wifi reception was very poor inside the appartment. It was great to have a fridge and it would be even nicer to have a kettle in the room as well.

The location of the house was great and the layout and design were stylish and quirky. Very unique. My favourite spot was the terrace outside my bedroom. Having breakfast there in the morning, overlooking the hills to the sea. Wonderful.

The wifi reception was very poor inside the appartment. It was great to have a fridge and it would be even nicer to have a kettle in the room as well.

The place is beautiful and quiet, the perfect place to relax. Beautiful reconstruction, attention to detail. Tap water is drinkable. The apartment is huge and common area for guest is large too. There is a small kitchen for cooking. It is sufficient unless you have gourmets as neighbours like we did, it was hard to find it empty. No problem with parking.Sheep walk around.Very romantic place.

Our Apartment room was noisy, we could hear everything from other rooms and we had noisy neighbours, so we were unlucky.

We had a great winter break in this traditional, yet stylishly renovated family-run place, who managed to preserve its character! Beautiful countryside location, even with rare unspoiled views. Also the sheep criss-crossing the main plaza entertained us. A very welcome alternative to over-tourism: experiencing a feel for the place, its history, its natural environment and its people. This is why we travel. There should be more of this.

Very Idyllic place. You immediately wind down when you arrive. You live in harmony with sheep walking around the complex, a cat, there is olive and citrus trees. We had our own little house w kitchen, a fire place, and a patio. You return to the roots and can relax.

In end of January it can still be quite cold outside at night. You don't get the comfortable heated place inside as in Germany. You gotta work for it, maybe learn to make a fire. The heater im the bedroom does not heat up the room. Bring warm socks, and pajamas! Careful! Make sure they got the right phone number for WhatsApp off of booking.com, or change your number in booking when making the reservation there. Son Mesquida uses that number to write all instruction on how to get in via WhatsApp (in my case not email). You will thus get the code that let's u in the gate. Make sure you got all access before you arrive! There is no cell phone reception in front of the gate. I had to drive 3 km to have reception again at 8 p.m. to call and find out how I can get in the gate!

It’s a super nice, private and silent location. Breathing!! We felt so comfortable, it’s amazing. There are sheep, lemon trees and orange trees the whole atmosphere is just amazing. There’s also a little trust shop and a kitchen to share, makes you feel very comfortable. You can also get coffee whenever you want. The whole stay was a 100 out of 10!!! We would love to come back!

    Nothing!!!! Really nothing!!!!

The location was very quiet and relaxing, with lots of small tables outside.

We did not see any personal from the hotel- all the contact was via WhatsApp. In the shared kitchen the garnish bins ware full to the brim and empty wine bottles in the floor. In the room , the night stand wasn’t dusted…

Lovely country side location and stylish decor.

No air conditioning, only a super noisy fan. Very strong damp smell in the room. No towels. We could not stay at the hotel, due to no air conditioning or effective fan. My husband had suffered a life threatening accident followed by surgery on the head. He was released from hospital day prior to our stay, with strict orders to rest and keep the head cool. We were not aware the hotel did not have air conditioning prior to arriving. We had to book another hotel immediately and leave. The owner did not issue even a partial refund, even though we did not stay at the hotel.

    Quiet location, beautiful furniture

Kitchen could be better equipped (more small bowls for Muesli for example)

Beautiful property with serene views, lots of animals and the friendliest staff.

A pearl in the middle of the island. If you like unique, eco-friendly and non-touristic stays, this is a must to visit. Their trust based shop and bar were delightful. The other visitors were like-minded including the sheeps. A peaceful residence to stay.

There was a minor delay with receiving the instructions to enter the homestead. Very friendly and quick solution with one phone call.

Beautiful place with genius loci. Attention to detailSheep roaming freely around

Noone was around for check-out but we figured it out via Whatsapp

    9AndrewPosted on: 6-23-2022

The property was remote, quiet, and bucolic, and the room was spacious, elegant, and preserved a lot of the historic character of the farm. It was an excellent place for calm and relaxation.

Cleanness, large room, quiet, view. The personal was really nice. Sitting outside at breakfast with the surrounding view on the hill was relaxing :)

Lack of AC is a bummer. Our superior suite was nice but got the heat from the whole day, thus the night was awful. Just for one night was fine. With AC and a pool the place is a 10.

    10Ann-sophiePosted on: 5-24-2021

Beautiful location. Wonderful breakfast. Amazing room. And exceptionally helpful and friendly owner who helped us organize a surprise for our family.

Due to corona and the gradual uptake in activity, breakfast was only available one of the mornings we were there. It did not affect our stay at all, and this is not a complaint, but a pool would be the icing on the cake for this hotel.

Everything: Location, Friendliness and Surroundings —- wonderful

The stay was too short, I would have preferred staying longer, such a pity to leave this beautiful spot
