Pros +
- Good food, beautiful view.
- The beaches are beautiful and it is well located.
- the general atmosphere is great and fun for kids. rooms were pleasant and its a 10-min walk to cala romantica. entertainment on an evening was fun.
Cons -
- Water in swimming pools was very cold.
- Really let down. It was our only holiday this year and we will never be back. The airport private transfer was the rudest person, didn’t even bother to help us with our bags, and was nowhere to be found at the airport. The hotel itself is dated and dirty with bin bags everywhere, we had to have them clean our floors again because they were so dirty it was making all of our feet black. The AC took 6 hours to properly work. The sun deck only has access from the living room portion of the TINY rooms and not the bedroom so it’s pointless for parents who want to sit outside when kids go to bed. We ordered wine off menu and it was so overpriced and tasted like vinegar. The hotel staff is hit or miss, some wonderful some incredibly rude. The food at the snack bar is DISGUSTING and the only place to eat between lunch and dinner. The a la carte food was inedible it was revolting. Everything requires a deposit - even a pool towel. The rooms are LOUD, we had people outside our room until 2am every single night and we were in the quiet part according to reception. The last night we were there was an event and an even further nightmare. The pool is overcrowded and lifeguards are on their phone instead of paying attention to the 150+ people in the pool. We saw multiple kids fall down and hurt themselves badly. No one around to help. Avoid this place, the pictures and reviews are deceptive. This is a disaster resort. When I complained they told me they couldn’t do anything and it was not reflective of others guests experiences.
- we came with our 15-month old daughter and pram. we were constantly having to pick up the pram and carry up and down stairs. there needs to be more ramps. i dont know how a person in a wheelchair could fully enjoy the resort. i also think you need to do a better map and with more signage around the place. its such a massive resort and people dont want to waste time getting lost or having to ask directions every time they want to go to a different part of the resort.

Rooms and pool were nice! Nice to have an all inclusive resort, but the food was average.
Food quality
Too many ants in the rooms, a big cockroach greeted us upon entry to the room. The rooms are outdated, need to be remodeled.
We loved everything. The large, clean, well-maintained grounds, the pool area, and the location—close to beaches and hiking trails. The views are stunning. Great children's entertainment and an amazing evening program. Delicious food. Thank you, Blau Punta Reina staff, for your hard work, which made our vacation so pleasant and relaxing.
We recently stayed at this hotel as a family with our 4-year-old son, and it was a wonderful experience. The highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the mind-blowing seaview from our room—absolutely breathtaking. The hotel has a great aquapark that our son thoroughly enjoyed. If you’re traveling with younger children (around 4-5 years old), there’s no real need to go to the bigger aquaparks in the area, as this one has everything you’d want for small kids, and it’s very convenient. One of the biggest advantages of the location is the excellent beaches within walking distance. We loved how easy it was to spend a day by the sea. The hotel food was also very good, with plenty of variety, but we highly recommend trying the restaurant on the beach. We had an amazing paella there paired with sangria—it’s not to be missed! For attractions, the nearby Drach Caves are worth a visit. However, for anything else, like aquariums, bigger aquaparks, the dolphin show, or exploring Palma de Mallorca or Alcudia, you’ll need to drive about an hour.
One drawback we found was the lack of clear information on the entertainment options. It wasn’t easy to figure out what activities were available and when. For example, we later discovered there was a football and volleyball field, and that we could rent balls, rackets, etc., but it wasn’t well communicated.
Great holiday time, lovely hotel, great food, selection of drinks, Staff very friendly from reception, waitresses, barmans (the best Jerry), cleaning ladies and animaton team with prime of Pepe - very friendly and funny man making everyone feel welcome and inviting to activities, very recommended, love Mallorca!
the food was delicious, large selection, great service, beautiful beach and not far. Beautiful resort, large, great for children.
Everything
Some of group found it a bit isolated and no late night entertainment. No tea coffee facilities in room
- Pool facilities were great for all ages.- Very friendly and attentive staff.- Very clean.- Food was very good, always plenty of choice.- The Cala Romantica Beach nearby was excellent and accessible via steps / footpath from the hotel.
We booked our airport transfers through the hotel but the transport was not waiting for us at the airport on arrival. The transfer company at the airport had to arrange a taxi instead. Then on the way home, the transfer driver was on time but very rude and didn't have the baby car seat fitted as requested. So avoid arranging transfers through the hotel. The site is very hilly and many of the ramps are difficult to navigate with a pram / buggy. The ramps would be far too steep for wheelchair users. The outdoor play areas were a little rundown.
The location and gardens.
The connection with the airport, state of the room, chaotic room cleaning service schedule and buffet.
The most stunning view and walking distance to the beach, the massive selection of food. Friendly and happy guests. The frog pond was always an attraction after dinner. Guests were generally happy and friendly, seemingly enjoying their vacation! The TV was new with a good selection of channels in many languages.
The cleaning of the apartment was unsatisfactory. The door of the fridge was mounted in a difficult way, making access very difficult. Cleaning provided dishes and utensils was not possible due to no soap availability or done by housekeeping, as we did not think to bring dish soap along.
The clean waterThe white style hotelFriendly staffBlaudina and the kids party ?The poolsThe family club
That the sea was not very closeThat we werent aware from the beginning that the drinks are included in the price we paid. So we restricted ourselves in ordering drinks at the bar... we had all inclusive.
Very good location, enjoyed the quiet pool, good facilities for children, good variety of food offered
Balcony for room faced car park, not matching photos on booking. TV and facilities in apartment quite basic and more dated compared to double rooms in central building.
The area and the beaches were lovely. The rooms were very clean. But that's about it!
The reception is far too small for a big hotel with that many guests. The staff were not very friendly and clearly over worked. The food was plenty but the taste was average and not what I would have expected from a huge buffet such as the one provided. The hotel was overly crowded and over booked. There was no sense of calm or peace or relaxation anywhere. The entire experience was incredibly stressful. We could barely get a chair by the pool. Our initial room was for a disabled person. The bathroom was not suitable at all. It also had a faulty aircon system which took 24 hours for them to fix. In a heat wave that's far too long and I had to go back to reception 7 times to speak to them about this issue. They were not very friendly. I had to get angry in order to change rooms. The food and entertainment was average. We were robbed by paying for all inclusive!
Good
The quality and variety of food was not so good. The staff could not speak German fluently. Low quality drinks were used in bars.
Eventhough it is a quite big place - service and facilities works well.
Akustic level in the dining areas.
Beautiful location! Quiet part of the island, better for a relaxing trip or family trip. The buffet had many options, although it was the same everyday.
Everything seems to be geared for children. All the activities are for children. There is no night club like most resorts have. If you are looking for a family vacation this is for you. But if you don’t want to be surround by kids constantly, avoid. Also, they have an annoying system where you need to purchase chips to exchange for the plastic cups used for drinks at bars. If you don’t have the chips they won’t even give you water. Also beware of dress code required for the buffet.
