- Owner promptly responded to any questions
- A charming little townhouse a 5 minute walk from the main square. The private car parking space is only a few steps away from the house and is very secure. The bed is excellent and the shower very nice. We had breakfast on the little roof terrace that overlooks some lovely gardens. We hardly used the car as everything is within walking distance including the countryside. The regional bus service is excellent.

- property slightly smaller than expected and nosy at night..mopeds
- The ground floor is a bit dark but the same would apply to all houses in Soller. This is compensated by the upstairs which is bright and airy and of course the roof terrace is a delight.
