Very friendly stuff. Somehow we got 2 breakfasts and 1 time parking free of charge, that was very sweet of the hotel.

It was very slippery in front of the hotel, my partner fell down and hit his head and we wanted to call the doctor, so salt/sand is obligatory when snowing/freezing.

Very disappointing experience.During my stay, my expensive white swimsuit was stained by the purple towels at the hotel pool.The pool staff confirmed what happened and told me to wait until Monday for management to contact me.However, on Monday I was told that “nothing like that could have happened” and that “our towels are of the highest quality.”There was no compensation, no responsibility, and no willingness to help at all.The hotel management completely washed their hands of the situation, even though it clearly happened on their property and was confirmed by their own staff.I want to warn other guests — if anything goes wrong during your stay, the management will not help you or take any responsibility.Very disappointing attitude for a hotel that claims to offer high standards.

Very disappointing stay at Holiday Inn Anwar. No help with luggage, staff were unfriendly, especially a lady named Sabi at the reception — extremely rude and unprofessional. The room was old, dirty, and smelled bad. Carpet had stains and overall hygiene was poor. We paid 500 SAR (~500 PLN), which is far too much for such low quality. Not worth more than 2–3 stars.

excellent location, wonderful grounds, well kept, the Spa was great quality, the swimming pool area was clean and well maintained; I like the idea of refillable water bottles

the rooms are showing their age; the carpets don't look clean, the sink in the bathroom didn't drain, the vanity mirror in the bathroom was crooked and wobbly; breakfast buffet was overpriced for the quality of food served, no option to order from a menu

Excellent stay at Holiday Inn Resort. Staff was very helpful and supportive, outdoor activities to spend time with family, comfortable bed, and nice clean rooms, prompt room service - our bathroom sink was clogged but it was fixed in a matter of a few minutes. Lastly, food at the restaurant was simply beyond our expectations.

Unfortunately I have to write a negative review about the hotel, more specifically about the attitude towards customers, which is even sadderI booked the hotel through booking.com, everything as always, without problems. Many times I have gone here with my family to relax, swim in the pool with my child, go to the sauna. But this time immediately after paying for the room I received a message from the hotel that the area with pool and sauna is not working, on repair. I asked to cancel the booking or transfer to another date, when the pool area will work. I received a negative answer to my quite logical and legitimate request. I never got my money back or rescheduled my reservation. In this situation I am completely right and the hotel cheated and robbed me. If they had posted that the aqua area doesn'twork, I would not have booked the hotel

Parking is too expensive - for guests it should be free.

The hotel's very close location to Warsaw makes the trip to the hotel as comfortable as possible. The hotel is surrounded by nature—a river flows nearby, and there is beautiful nature all around. Nearby, there is a large store and pharmacy. The hotel has many opportunities to entertain adults and children, especially in the warm season. We vacationed in November, and the rope park was not working. There is a nice swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, a cozy bar, many terraces and outdoor seating areas. There was organized entertainment for children with a clown. Children up to a certain age stay free of charge in the hotel.

The water in our room was running cool from the tap. There were a lot of insects in our room. Some of them were large and it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant.The extra bed provided for the child creaked and was uncomfortable to sleep in.

Overpriced hotel, unfriendly staff except of the young employees and students who are trying to save the situation and do their best.

Location. We stayed at a 56 square meters suite with a king-size bed - three rooms, two balconies and two bathrooms. Rather spacious. The food at the restaurant was good and tasty. Delivery to the room was always prompt - within 20 mins on average. Breakfast was somewhat limited in options, but all was tasty. TVs are new and big, we had two TVs in the suite, which was quite handy as we were staying with a child. Wi-Fi was good and with decent coverage. The view from the balconies was very nice facing the The personnel was nice and spoke English well. Overall - quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel shows its age. Soft furniture has seen its better days and needs to be replaced, carpet had quite a few stains and looked and felt old. Had a constant issue with hot water and every time we needed it had to call reception to have the issue resolved. A technician would resolve the issue quite promptly, but it would only last for about half an hour and we had to call for the same issue again and again. The pool and hot tub had lots of chlorine - one could smell it well and our son got an allergic reaction all over the body on the first day.

The hotel is located in a beautiful park.Breakfast was very good, fresh, great variety of options.

Rooms need some refurbishment.

One of the lift not working

The resort is an old com-bloc workers resort but quite well modernized. Lot of activities for the kids and kid-minded. Very dog-friendly and there is good dog-walking opportunities by the very small river adjacent to the hotel. Good breakfast. There is massage and all kinds of treatments available in the Spa on the hotel property. Room was airconditioned and the bed was very good.

Staff in the restaurant was somewhat dazed and confused. But the food was reasonable. General areas are somewhat outdated but the rooms were modern.

Close to the city but also the forest and river.

Probably better for families than couples. The air conditioning did not work with temperatures of 30 degrees Celsius. It was a problem with the entire hotel. If we knew this prior check in we would have not stayed.

Breakfests were good but too expensive

The most comfortable bed I've ever had in my life! The room is at a comfortable temperature, the windows close well and you can get a great night's sleep. There is a mini golf course on the territory for an extra fee. Also the swimming pool is included in the price.

There is no outdoor pool. Or space for sunbathing, reading, not enough lounge area. The pool in the building is ok, but nothing special. Few sun beds and nowhere to put your stuff.

The WiFi was good and it was close to McDonald's and KFC
