Hotel Stadt Peine

It was a nice room especially for the price. The room is a bit dated but the hotel is in the process of updating the rooms, so that won’t be an issue by next year I’d guess.

It’s a little dated, the room shows signs of wear and tear but that is being resolved.

Clean and tidy also walking distance to the Town Centre.Area was very quiet, was Easter time. Managed to find one restaurant open that was very nice.

Maybe have a kettle in the room.

I stayed in April, there was no heat into the room, approx. 15 degrees at night. I got a cold after this experience. The furniture was very old and damaged, bad smeel into the room and bathroom, uncomfortable bed. I recommend to avoid checking into this hotel. I paid 164 euro for this and it doesn't worth a penny.

The location was convenient for us, close to the motorway A2. We just needed to stay for the night as we were tired from driving back home after our vacation.

The value for money was TERRIBLE! I have stayed in luxury hotels for less money. Almost €190 for one night for an adult plus an 11 year old child is insane. Especially considering the quality and cleanliness of the room and hotel. The mattresses were way shorter than the bedframe. Really odd! I am considering requesting a partial refund. Our apartment was not on the ground floor and had no kitchenette, in other words it was different from what we booked. Since we stayed only one night, we did not want to be bothered about it. Bathrooms could use some fixing up. Beds in one of the bedrooms were not comfortable, probably mattresses for kids, and this room lacked curtains. Breakfast was great though.

Nice hotel, not far from the motorway. The breakfast is highly recommended there!! Amazing choice! Would come back again just to have breakfast!!

Not really a place to walk the dogs. The hotel is on one of the main roads, not too busy.

Great value breakfast included. Rooms are little dated but clean and comfy. Room is big with desk for work. Staff is friendly speaks great English. Best price performance in Peine.

DISGASTING AND TERIBLE HOTEL!

the overall cleanliness of the room and hotel was appalling. the room smelled, the carpet was dirty, the linens smelled, everything was outdated, the fumes from the kitchen could be smelled throughout the hotel. I have never experienced anything worse. When I saw how clean the hotel was kept, I preferred not to even go for breakfast.DISGASTING AND TERIBLE HOTEL!

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was far below acceptable standards, leading to a very unpleasant experience.Upon arrival, I noticed that our room was not properly cleaned. There were visible stains on the walls and carpet, dust on the surfaces, mold in the refrigerator, and the bathroom facilities were unsanitary.

We only had to stay 1 night so it didn't really matter that it was old fashioned. It does need redecorating but clean bed was there plus breakfast so worked well for us. Breakfast was cereal, bread, cheese, meats, jam/nutella, fruit, yoghurt, boiled egg, tea, coffee, juice. Can't complain, kids liked it as well as adults.

We went in august and was very hot on the top floor so really needed air con. Can't really open the window as was noisy from nearby motorway so was very hot.

The room was clean,tidy, comfortable and newly renovated, the staff were very friendly and the location was quiet.Would definitely recommend

We stopped once again on a long journey. The hotel is sufficient to rest for one night.

The street is very noisy from 6 a.m. You can't sleep with the window open ?

maybe (!) the missing shower in my room. but i had a bath with 100% shower function. just the step in was not comfortable. so all good!

Very nice and helpful staff. Room good enough. Without any additional comfortable things. Breakfast very good, without any warm diches, except eggs. Bathroom with a small problems with the water around WC.

Greek restaurant next door was very handy and had excellent food at good prices.

Large hotel, very empty, no staff. We had to let ourselves in.Was with my daughter, if I had been a long I think I would've been a bit scared.
