    • Great location, opposite the Delmenhorst Central Station and the bus station, and to the city center. Quiet, rooms are big and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the hotel's restaurant.

    Cons -

    • Almost no wifi in the room on 3rd floor and no elevator.
    • The property is not new, there's no elevator in the building. There's no kettle in the room, I would also prefer to have a fridge.
    • Breakfast was mehNot much choice for a hot breakfast 2 types of egg and a boiled sausage No allergies information When checking in at reception the music was so loud we couldn’t hear the receptionist. Paying €15 per night to park on the street ( not secure parking) it’s expensive 2 out of our 3 nights there was no parking spaces left for usThe receptionist did fix this but was still a stress. Made us pay before we stayed I found this strange. The aircon in the rooms is on locked, you can’t change the temperature, it gets too hot in the night, the reception said just open a window, but when you open the window it’s so loud with all the traffic

Arrived around midnight, the night porter helped us parking the motorcycles and promised to keep watch on them during the night, served us a beer. Very helpful person. Neat, clean hotel, breakfast is complete and served in a very nice room. Try the bar, a zreal pub.

The building and interior was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally nice especially David from the night shift was the most polite helpful and hospitable receptionist we’ve met. The property was next to a train station and many restaurants which was very convenient in addition to the parking nearby which had electric car charging stations. The hotel also had 24/7 service which made the stay much more comforting. Additionally, breakfast was available from 6-10am in a beautiful dining area which was very convenient as we had to depart early in the morning.

There was no elevator thus, we had to take 4 flights of stairs however, the staff offered to carry our luggage and the decor and paintings were lovely whilst walking up the stairs. Being a heritage building the local authorities doesn’t allow a lift.

The owners are local and kind. Feels like a family hotel. It's also got great location for the region as you are across the street from all the local busses and the train station.

Older hotel so you can hear the other guests pretty easily. We still slept well and it didn't bother us.

Location in the center of DelmenhorstFriendly staff

We requested gluten free breakfast. Staff had to go out to fetch gluten free bread from the supermarket. No elevator available. Due to public parking facilities we did not want to leave luggage in the car.Hotel room was basic

Beautifully decorated with quality carpet, wallpaper and items on display. A pleasure to be in the place.

Lighting in the room was inadequate as was seating in my room. Breakfast wasn’t too good. The scrambled eggs were cold, and the coffee was poor. However, I got to eat yoghurt, bread, jam, cold cuts and cheese, which was quite an adequate breakfast for me to start the day.

The hotel is located very central in Delmenhorst, but arriving early evening I had some difficulties finding an open restaurant and ended up in Burger King. Room was nice and big. Breakfast was good and sufficient. Staff in the reception was very nice and accommodating.

Difficult to find parking space in the vicinity of the hotel.

Good location in the centre of town

There was no lift, although the receptionist did help us carry our heavy bags up to the second floor

    Very bad

Yesterday my wife and I had an unpleasant impression of your room 310. When we entered it was too hot and we had to open the door and windows to be able to breathe. After a few minutes we could hear the neighbors on their terraces, it was 10 pm and we wanted to rest but it was Impossible due to heat and noise from neighbors. My dog would not stop being restless due to the intense heat.We made the decision to go to another hotel with air conditioning. We are also very unhappy because we had to go up three flights of stairs. Also on Booking.com it says that you do not charge for pets and when we were there, we did have to pay a supplement. The only thing to highlight is the attention of the guy who works there, he is very attentive and helpful.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, centre of town

Touring on motorcycles, booked because advert says free on site parking, no reservation needed. We sent an email confirming parking for motorcycles (reception showed us receipt of msg on our reservation). There is no on site parking, as such loaded bikes had to be left insecure in town’s metered car park. Fortunately we arrived outside of pay restrictions. False advertising, we wouldn’t have booked this hotel if known. Not suitable for motorcycles .

Very warm reception. Very nice room.

No elevator and no room service for luggage to 3rd floor.(Just joking, no problem).

    6AgeethPosted on: 11-28-2022

Next to bus & train station, no noice from bus/train.Easy parking & easy reachable.

Noisy, unable to sleep. Room was on 1st floor. I could hear next door neighbors speak in their room late in the evening & ceiling noisy due to 2nd level hotel guests.

    8SenizPosted on: 9-12-2022

Really friendly and helpful staff, great location.Lovely pub inside hotel, very quaint. Breakfast was perfect and included in price. Location near train station is perfect for sightseeing in Bremen.

Nothing not liked about this place, overall really sweet and perfect. The one thing that should be clearly stipulated for anyone booking is that there is no lift, this was fine for us as there are only 3 floors anyway but could be a problem for some. Staff are on hand to help however.
