Pros +
- We went during off season, so only very few guests. In-spite of this, the hotel managed to provide good food. Location is just amazing.Staff were very helpful and courteous.
- Incredible view from the room and huge terrace. We enjoyed the sea view so much, after Fajar we left the curtain open
- Amazing location. Super nice beach for a morning swim
Cons -
- Nothing significant, however the facility looks bit under maintained although it had tried to put best effort by having modern furniture's and fixtures. Lift had problem while coming down as the lobby button was malfunctioning, so we had to visit -1 and climb up the stairs. Good walking though.
- We have stayed here before and chose this hotel again because the breakfast was amazing. But not this time - the buffet was half the size, no fresh juice like last time. Definitely didn’t feel like we got the same value for money as last time.
- The hotel's prime selling point is its convenient location. However, the breakfast was horrible and not eatable at all . It was disappointing that requests for basic amenities were met with the response, "we don't do it." While some staff members were courteous, this wasn't consistent across the board. Additionally, the claim of a private beach turned out to be untrue. The pool's unclean condition was a letdown, especially since it was closed from September 15th, an important detail that was omitted during the reservation process. The room and towels were also not up to par in terms of cleanliness. Given these experiences, I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the incredible service provided by Ayoub at the reception. From the moment I walked through the doors, Ayoub's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for my stay. He was not only professional but also genuinely attentive to my needs, making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The hotel itself was fantastic - clean, well-maintained, and with a welcoming ambiance. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff, with Ayoub leading the way.I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and I will certainly be returning in the future.Thank you, Ayoub, and the entire team, for making my visit truly special!
The breakfast menu was great and extensive. The location was great
Our rooms were not ready when we arrived. Also, the commode and shower were in two different rooms. In all of my extensive travels, I have never seen this in any other hotel.
The staff of the hotel are the only light in this hotel! It was fire and we spent two days with no towels and the smell was killing everyone especially the kids! And only one man was trying to help all Ayoub the receptionist is the best guy! It’s a shame for mercure to treat Moroccans living abroad and not well prepared for this season
Not worth the location or need to change the management company for this hotel! They giving a bad image for tourism in Morocco
Location
When we arrived the room wasn’t ready yet, even though it was past 14:00. When I complained, I was told the room is suppose to be ready after 14:00…. When we finally got access to our room, it was not clean and there were no big towels available in the room. When I complained about that, I was told that they were still at the dry cleaner…. The next morning there was a fire and they didn’t have a fire alarm! They just knocked on doors at 06:00 without telling what was going on, to notify people of the fire. They kept us waiting outside for hours with a promise to arrange transportation to the Radisson hotel for breakfast and to relax until the hotel would be ready again for guests. After waiting for three hours in the sun, we just left and got breakfast on our own. After the fire, there were no towels available (we were told that was fire related…) and no house keeping. We left after two nights. This hotel is a disgrace. Mercure should be ashamed and this place is not worth a penny (that’s why they didn’t charge a penny when we checked out). I can’t believe it is allowed to stay open even though they don’t have a fire alarm…
The view from the room is breathtaking! The room is big and balcony offering stunning view on the best beach of the city. The breakfast is very good quality also the dinner
The pool is very small and dirty no towels Fire happened in the hotel and no fire alarm was activated ! The lifts are very old and not working properly The staff has a lot of work to do especially housekeeping. You can’t reach the reception from the room as nobody answers.Hopefully Yassine was there to save our stay.
Wonderful and amazing view.Vicinity to the beach.Good car parking. The building architecture is very beautiful.
Some staff at the reception were not very professional (showing their dissatisfaction from job conditions). The light seperation between room balconies is not sufficient, leading to less privacy with neighbors. The bar and nightclub are poorly animated.
the view is amazing
i asked a special decoration for my marriage before reservation and after also , but nobody cares they said ok we will decorate the room but they didn t
I liked the location of the hotel very much, the place for breakfast, and the smoothness of the workers in the breakfast place.
I did not like the cleanliness of the room, and this was the first request that the room be clean, while comparing the price to the cleanliness is something that is not good.. The view of the hotel is charming. I hope that the hotel equipment and cleanliness are as beautiful as the view.
Location, view of the ocean from the room terrace, comfortable beds, large rooms, powerful showers, breakfast. Friendly staff.
Expensive lunch in restaurant, especially water bottles.
the staff are very helpful the location is breathtaking
the furniture is old and the chairs are dirty at the breakfast and the hall, breakfast is very poor and the air conditioner are noisy not great use of the location
The view from the balcony to the beach was beautiful, The night staff at the bar was really kind. Definitely worth a visit.
Not all that glitters is gold. Despite Mercure Quemado’s appealing exterior, our experience inside was mixed. The overall hotel and bar design felt outdated, and the in-room technology, such as the TV and sensors, were old.Our encounter at the spa was frustrating due to a staff member’s unprofessional and rude behavior. The closing time of the seaside door (9-10 PM) was inconvenient, often leaving us waiting for the guard. The balconies’ separation was merely a tarpaulin, which was bothersome. Moreover, we found the hotel to be quite expensive compared to the value and quality of services it provided.
The location is great. Amazing view on the beach. Direct access to the beach. It has an amazing pool. We swam during the night in the pool and the water was super. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean.
While checking in, we didn't receive a good welcome. From such an esteemed hôtel, you would expect a better treatment. At reception, we felt like we were ruched into the process without explaining to us where to go, what the number they wrote on the key card means, or how to call reception. We made a mistake and booked a double bed room and wanted the switch to a single bed room. We offered to pay more to make the switch. The staff were flexible enough to join the beds together into a single bed. For the money it's not worth it.
Juste the location
The elevator not working +the parking is sale
The rooms were comfortable. Staff were friendly.
Mouldy bathroom. The pool was closed and looked like it had not operated for a while. No water provided in the room. You could get water from the restaurant but you had to go down and get it. Room service was tedious, 1 call answered out of a dozen, follow up with reception resulted in same outcome, the line rings out. QR code in the room for menu didn't work, the one for the bar did! Service was patchy, there was a lot of staff standing around in the restaurant who didn't appear to know what they were doing (there was one guy who was excellent). Friendly but need training and investment in communication by the manager.
Location
The lift was 50% of time not working, same thing for the room key, every time i had to take the stairs to go to the reception to change the key card, The quality beof the restaurant very low comparing to the room prices, it's like you are staying at 2 stars hotel.
